Check in was very good. Beds are very comfortable. Really a nice place.

Two things that I didn't care for, there should be at least two waste cans in each room. One in the water closet and another in the room area. The other thing is the light switch on the outside of the water closet. Every time you have to go in the bathroom you have to turn on the extremely bright light and the noisy fan. It disturbs other people who are sleeping. I'm aware that it's a no smoking facility, however an outdoor ashtray would help to keep the grounds looking better. Otherwise everything is great 👍😃

I was very satisfied with my stay. I had to stay here after I was disappointed and disgusted with a different hotel so I found the first place that had any availability, which was this hotel. And I was very happy with this place! Clean and comfortable. It served as a great in between before I found a permanent place for my job training. Oh, and the AC was ice cold!

There wasn't much that I disliked but if I had to pick I would say that the walls are a little thin. I could hear the conversations of the people around me and some were not very quiet. But it didn't really extend into the night so I was able to at least sleep.

I booked 2 nights then changed to 1 night. On check in I was charged for the night we stayed. The next day after we left I was charged for the night I had canceled several weeks; before. I called 3 times (never was a manager there) I was finally told it would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Really? We had checked out and was gone before the canceled night was charged. Is that your policy?

I am not sure how old the hotel is, but the room seemed to have been very recently done - all the tile surfaces (flooring, bathroom, all counters/desk top) looked brand new. Very very clean and modern looking. The small fitness room had just a handful of machines, but they also seemed brand new. I used the eliptical and it was great. Best breakfast since the start of COVID when most places cut way back. This Baymont still had a waffle machine! The staff is just lovely - immediate response to two requests (more coffee for breakfast, new shower curtain in bath)

Location was convenient, right off 21, the main entrance to town from the west, but a bit less snazzy than other parts of town. We like to walk when we have spent the day in a car and it wasn't very walkable although there was an excellent Mexican/seafood restaurant (Don Chente) less than half a mile a way (but part of the walk was not on a sidewalk - you had to walk on the shoulder of a busy road or down in a bit of a ditch).

it was clean and although it seemed like the neighborhood was sketch, it was an over all good spot and we would definitely stay there again if we needed to. No issues

I didn’t like how the washer and dryer were out of order. We specifically look for places that have washer and dryers Bc my daughters softball uniforms need to be washed. I inconveniently had to hand wash them and use blow dryer since they were down.

Everything. Very, very clean room the moment we walked in. The check-in was very pleasant and courteous. The breakfast hit the spot. Very clean kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, along with the pillows. The walk-in shower was clean and very helpful.

There was a time between 10:30-1:15pm when the man in room next to us snored really loudly. I opened the bathroom for and turned on the ventilating fan and it drowned it out (the snoring). Other than that it was very pleasant. The front desk was accommodating as I asked for extra coffee for the coffee brewer.

Try to book it was very good and suited my expectations. people every other room when possible.

The breakfast was basic but met my needs. Coffee was available all morning. My room had essential amenities - hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, Internet, etc. It took some getting used to learning how to adjust the thermostat, but I figured it out. I stayed just one night, but could have been comfortable staying multiple nights.

I don't have any complaints. Simple instructions posted by the thermostat would've been nice.

HOW CLEAN THE ROOMS ARE. AND THE ACE WORKED PERFECTLY.

The price was to high. And how you don't have smoking rooms.and y'all charge me for a day and I still paid the full price for my reservation.

Breakfast was very basic. Typical continental breakfast. We don't eat carbs in the morning. Coffee was always hot and plentiful.

The walls are paper thin. Not much you can do about that now. A lot of contractors were there and the group next to us talked very loudly.
