Quality Inn & Suites Bryan

The location was great , close to all the family obligations I needed to go. The bed and pillows was very comfy. I can see why it was busy with other guests which was fine , glad to see the teams traveling to their games. Very close to the feeder road so getting on highway was not a problem. I will book again when I'm back in town.

The only downside is the upkeep on the property. The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear. the tv stand had visible chunks of wood(pressed partical board) on it. While I was waiting in the lobby ( which is a important area because that is the first thing guests see) the chairs where dirty and the pillows were sadly very old and has had seen better days. Those little things are obvious to guests about maintenance of the property. I would hope that managers talk to their day to days operations person and go to home goods and get some new pillows and steam clean the chairs in the lobby. That was my only complaint otherwise the stay was great.

I always choose a hotel with continental breakfast. It saves me time and money. However, breakfast didn't begin until 7:00. Negative for us since we needed to be somewhere by 7:00. Probably not an issue for most people, but really inconvenient for us.

staff was very nice. and location was very easy to find

the room I was in I noticed there has being a leak. I just feel that they could have fixed the ceiling. so you couldn’t see that offer ceiling. that’s was down fall for me.

Breakfast was OK, Bed was OK

Air conditioner was awful. It was cooler in the lobby and hallways than in my room, the bathroom door was splitting at the bottom, the toilet paper dispenser fell off and the dresser with the fridge looked like it had been chewed up.

I liked Carla the late night front desk receptionist. She got me checked in with no problems. I had just had a horrible experience at Tru by Hilton. But, Carla was awesome and had a great attitude even when I noticed some of the guests not being so nice to her. She still kept a smile on her face. Awesome sauce customer service.

The room was clean and big

The carpets need to be replaced. It's kinda outdated and musty. Also the pillows were tiny. Like 15x15. Almost a joke.

I loved that the place was very up-to-date with decorations, style, and furniture. The bed was super comfortable and the room was so spacious which I really didn't need but loved.

That it was a last minute booking and didn't bring my clothes to get in the pool but there will be a next time!

Great location and reasonable pricing. The staff worked hard to provide a good breakfast and was very friendly!

The air conditioner didn’t cool in the room, which made it uncomfortable when sleeping.

Everyone was so nice and Friedly. Even when Heater was not working in room they just changed our room.

That the Heater did not work , but was handled perfectly.

Nice large size rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

Hallway carpets were stained and dirty. Poor lighting in room.
