Sleep Inn & Suites - Bryan

Front desk worker I think her name was Alissa not sure new associate was awesome. I had an issue with the room and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She never gave up in making my life comfortable and safe. My hats off to her. Please let her know because of her I will stay here again and make sure my friends and family stay here. It only takes kindness and she illustrated greatness in this matter. Way to go 5 stars to you.

Loved everything

The room was very clean, mattress comfortable. A lot of options for breakfast. The desk staff very amenable to our requests

Pricing for Saturday night with tax was $357 Any other Saturday not scheduled on an Texas A&M football game would be $100. Just not right to price gouge. Very disappointing

The place is clean especially the bathroom. There was a good hot breakfast and the location is perfect if you want to go south or north.

So far nothing to complain really. It was kind of freezing morning and the water is not hot but it was warm, maybe everybody is taking hot shower at the same time. We’re still able to take a shower though…

It was easy to find and comfortable.

The hot breakfast pans were empty. I really felt bad for the construction men leaving for work without eating. the woman in that area didn’t seem to be in a hurry to fill them. No eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon.

The rate for one night was a decent price. The hotel was in a good area of the town. The employees where nice and sweet.

The beds where kinda too soft and pillows. Trying to sleep but housekeeping came early when our check out was going to be at 12pm. Then was trying to go back to sleep and there was a lot of noise on the floor we where staying in. So decided to get up and shower and the hot water kept running out.

The location was a little out of the way for doing business in downtown Bryan-College Station, but access to Hwy 6 was excellent. I would have preferred a sit-down breakfast, but COVID holdover is still keeping that stymied! Take out breakfasts were pretty good. Bring back breakfast as soon as you can!!!

I want breakfast back at these hotels!!! Tired of eating snack bars and pre-packaged muffins.

Very clean and very friendly staff member that checked me in. She was friendly and helpful.

In the bathroom by the shower next to the floor it looked like some water damage. Not sure if there was mold or not. I realize it’s expensive to make even small repairs. Overall a wonderful restful stay

breakfast was ok coffee was good location was good

people upstairs were a little loud @ times but it didn't disturb our sleep

Very spacious and the beds were soft. And clean

I could tell the carpets were a little worn in. Should replace those. And the inside wall of the bathroom needs paint touch up.

the breakfast options were great. The make-up remover wipes were amazing. The receptionist was both helpful and kind.
