Had to double check the door to our room. It would sound like it would close but it was offset and had to pull on it to close all the way. If we didn't it wouldn't lock and could still get in without a key. The lights were individual laps and inconvenient to go around turning them all on to get ok lighting

It's past time to return to normal breakfast. The safety measures for coronavirus are no excuse for not serving the full breakfast menu any longer.

The room is lacking blackout curtains. With an exposure to the parking lot and many lights outside, this is very uncomfortable for sleeping in the dark. Let alone trying to sleep during the day in the dark. However, we asked at the front desk and they sent a staff member with a blanket to help us cover the window to darken the room. She was very pleasant and helpful, and putting a blanket over the window made all the difference.

The location is great. Right off the highway but still quiet. Walking distance to food, bank and stores. Beds were very comfortable. And the pool was open in late October (happy kids)!

The only small issue was the window in our room was cracked and repaired with packing tape. I just made sure my kids stayed away from the window.

The staff is so friendly and helpful at this location. They went above and beyond to get us whatever we needed and all the staff, even the construction workers, greeted you and chatted with you about why we were here and what we were doing.

The hotel was under remodeling construction at the time so it was a little noisy every once in awhile. They don't clean your room every day due to COVID so it could be a little difficult to track someone down to get clean towels.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and option of late check out.

Bed was a little too hard/firm. Shower water pressure was good but shower head was very low for my husband.

The hotel was more modern than I was expecting. The room was spacious and very clean

There was no main light in the room ( or if there was I couldn't locate the switch). The lamps didn't offer enough light (this is my preference).

The breakfast was okay.The only thing was not everyone eats pork,and there could have a wider variety of items on the menu.It was idealy located.The staff was exceptional,especially Naquita the night clerk on Friday night.

There was nothing to dislike.

No banana 🍌 for breakfast. the tv no sports channel ESPN

People and hotel was great. If you were hungry plenty of places to eat at within walking distance.

My only complaint was the pillows. Need better pillows.
