Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Alvarado, an IHG Hotel

Convenient to all locations i needed Indoor swimming pool They did accommodate me by putting me on first floor. I have a broken foot

The only thing wrong with the stay was the breakfast it wasn't very good it's better when there's a breakfast bar the sausage was nasty and my granddaughter took a sip of chocolate milk said it didn't taste good and I told her to just spit it out then my son not knowing took a big Swig out of that same box and was throwing up for 20 minute it was disgusting he took it to the front desk and told them they ought to pull the chocolate milk and she said well sometimes they get one box of bad milk so he opened up the other one and it was the same he was just trying to help by saying you should pull them and she was very defensive about it

Amazing breakfast, had everything hot and extended until 10. Hot tub was clean and hot. Staff were very friendly and extended our check out.

Our room smelled like a nursing home when arriving. Gym and carpet are outdated. Price is a little more than I’d like to pay.

Breakfast was Awesome

I wasn't told I needed to tell the staff to have cleaning staff clean my room and make the bed and bring clean towels, when I return that evening at 11.30, I didn't have clean towels to shower with , there were non to be had according to the staff until next morning when cleaning people staff arrived at 9 am !

The room was exceptional for the price: spacious, comfortable, fridge and microwave, great Keurig coffee maker, good bathroom amenities. The king bed was very comfortable. The evening desk person, Nicole, was superb. The daytime person was icy.

It was Covid-time breakfast and was not satisfying. Contrary to some reviews, there was discernable noise from the nearby expressway. Nonetheless, it definitely did not disturb our sleep at all.

The hotel was conveniently located, and easy to get to. It was in a shopping center that was close to amenities. The rooms with spacious in the breakfast was great.

Everything was good.

I liked that the breakfast was able to be eaten in the room and I like that there was a lot of good channels on TV and it had good shampoo and conditioner

I did not like how we could not make our own waffles like most breakfasts let you do at hotels I also didn't like the way we had to go get our breakfast herself and it wasn't brought to us and I didn't like how there wasn't a pizza menu like there you usually is or no Bibles in the room

Breakfast was delicious thank you. The staff in the front was friendly great customer service and housekeeping was friendly. Great people.

The staff was polite and nice. Great location that’s near a lot of restraints and door dash offers to deliver here. Very clean hotel and pool. Tv was small. But the hotel room did have a miniature refrigerator.

Loved everything

Breakfast was good, we enjoyed it very much. Good selection of food and beverages.

We were on the 3rd floor and floor seemed a bit shaky.

The breakfast was ok. It was not the same as normal we were looking forward to waffles. But we had the Covid breakfast

The coffee on 2 separate days was out. That was sad. Also there were 3 weddings the time we stayed and the people were in the halls having a party. It was hard to sleep due to noise. I don’t think it was staff fault they came and addressed it when notified. The people got quite by 1am
