DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria

we love the cookies! what a nice touch. we stayed at a doubletree in Denver back in 2013. that’s when we discovered the cookies!!! I hope cookies are available for many years to come.

the dining situation. every night, after work, we need to eat. but the only place to eat at the hotel, besides room service, was at the bar. well, Ryan the bartender (superior bartender by the way) was the only person serving drinks, and food. well, this becomes difficult when there are 30 or more people to serve. Did I tell you Ryan was a superior tender? he’s the best. but understaffed!!! poor guy. he was working harder than a wolverine trying to fight a herd of bears!!

The young man at the front desk, check-in was awesome. I did not arrive to the hotel for check-in until after 2am, I was offered a sandwich and check-in was speedy which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for great service.

That the Double Tree did not have a shuttle to and from the airport. A shuttle would have been the icing on the cake if it was provided. I received an additional $5 fee on my credit card and I am not sure for what reason.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Great hot and cold food choices. I personally loved the oatmeal and the coffee. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The beds were very comfortable too.

I think the bar staff was overwhelmed (only one person working the bar and one working the kitchen) - especially when we were trying to order food close to closing time. We would get back late from an event and trying to get food took a long time. The only other thing I would say, is it would be nice to have a ping pong table for the kids to entertain themselves on.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Ease with check-in/out and any other requests that were made. Really enjoyed being on a high floor and enjoying the view from our room, perfect for seeing the fireworks on 4th of July. Looking forward to visiting the Doubletree in Dallas next time! The cookies are DELICIOUS!! I love how quiet the area is and conveniently located near everything I needed/wanted to do while visiting Dallas.

The telephone in my room did not work. And I requested a refrigerator during my stay and they didn’t bring until hours after I checked in to my room. One night the elevator didn’t work so I had to go down to the lower level in the middle of the night just to be able to get up to my room.

The staff was amazing l and the room was extremely clen.

The smokers that stood around the door as you walk in. I don't think it's fair the staff has to pick up cigarette buds because people are careless and cannot throw them away. If they smoked in the designated areas this wouldn't be a problem. The shower was a little clogged but overall good

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment you step in, to the moment you are out the door! The staff was all so nice and welcoming. Such beautiful, smiling faces. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. And our room and view over the city was absolutely breath taking.

If you don't like this hotel, then you have problems.

My stay was excellent and the travel with the hotel was great . I only have two questions .Why is there no refrigerators in your rooms and why is there no complementary breakfast added .The price of your breakfast was to expensive upon room payment also.try to make a change to better your hotel experiences.

I loved everything about this property! Was close to any and everything! Clean, the staff was so friendly & it was refreshing to feel safe

The only think i didn’t like was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. But that’s the only complaint i could make

bathroom was way too small. The parking is horrible. there’s literally no parking at this location and if you find one you’re lucky. they was so small you can only sit a bicycle in. literally drive for 10mins until someone moved to park
