Location and room was clean

I didn’t like the fact that room keys did not work on the side doors and due to bad weather we had to walk all the way around the building In the bad weather. I also do not like the way the man who serves breakfast stares at my daughter and made her feel uncomfortable. He should not sit there and stare at guest it is very bizarre and uncomfortable

It is a suite so more spacious than regular hotel room with amenities such as sofa and coffee table, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave and free hot breakfast. Also didn’t expect daily room service to clean trash, make bed sheets and replace towels—which is extra nice!

The bathroom shower is leaking water and no repair was done.

Mike the front desk worker was extremely professional and went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

I thought the TV's could be placed in a better location like, 'in front of the double beds. TV is offset and not in a good spot to be able to lay in bed and watch tv comfortably. This will definitely need to be updated before we opt to stay here again. Hot breakfast was great and so was customer service.

Convenient to the airport

We had to leave at 6:30am to get our flight and there was no one at the desk to take our room key or give us the $50 credit back on my card. I did see later that the credit had been put back on the card.

Breakfast was pretty good. It tasted fresh and the waffles were nice and fluffy. The dining room staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and had a nice lounge area with a couch. Everything was pretty clean.

The staff at check in wasn't very friendly. Limited parking for trailers. Our bathtub wasn't draining properly.

The pool was not available the last days of my stay and the door to my room would get stuck on the floor any time we opened and shut it.

The view is great overall it's a clean faculty. The bed is comfortable and the room is nice. The front desk staff has made my life easy. I travel for work and don't ever know how long in will be staying. Paulina has been checking me in and out keeping me in the same room due to me using the booking.com app. Since Paulina has been updating my room card I have had zero issues. And Paulina has kept my booking straight. Thank you Paulina!

When I take a shower the tub does not drain fur several hours. It bubbles and hair comes out that isn't mine I have to clean it out before I feel comfortable to take a shower.

The workers cleaning the rooms and breakfast were very friendly and smiling. They took pride in their jobs and I was comfortable during my stay.

The room was nice and clean . . very nice. . . .

The breakfast was less than desirable . . . food was very undercooked especially any breakfast meat....very raw. My widow was facing the road . . . very noisy. I called down to see if I could get a different room but I was not able to be accommodated. Nowhere was there any dinage to indicate if room was disinfected AT ALL or wasn't sealed up. NOT GOOD ....

the maintenance taking short cuts. I had my breakfast poured in my lap, because instead of buying proper adjusting feet they put a rubber door stop under table leg.
