The Soluna Hotel

The person at reception was very friendly, and the rest of the staff I encountered were generally polite as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and all of the facilities worked well.

The breakfast was a great disappointment. It consisted of bread slices, cereals, milk, coffee, and orange juice. No eggs, bagels, potatoes, ham, bacon, or gravy, at least some of the above which is what I would usually expect in a hotel breakfast (or at the very least, a cheese and cold cuts meat spread). Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which I usually see in every hotel that I visit these days.

Hotel does not offer any frills but it met all my needs/expectation. It is close to the airport; near the interstate and convenient to area attractions. The zoo and Chamizal is less than 2 miles. Plenty of restaurants and fast food places near by. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful whenever I asked for information. Hotel has a pool, saw it from my room but did not use it; was busy enjoying El Paso. Room is dated but would stay there again in a heartbeat. I feel that it was worth what I paid for it.

The breakfast selection is VERY limited, underwhelming describes it better

Front desk was great! He recommended a great Mexican restaurant! Room clean! I loved that the sheets were NOT strongly scented with laudry product.

No coffee maker in room! No hand held shower Pillows worn out We drank coffee and orange juice and ate tangerine. I am gluten intolerant so I could not eat anything else. In spite of the items above we enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel.

Pretty quiet motel, really not a whole lot of people, that's all we needed as we were attending a funeral

Some of the furniture as well as the carpet need a little attention, the carpet was stained

Super comfy beds + pillows, the front desk staff was amazingly nice when we checked in after midnight, breakfast was good, great water pressure in the shower + big towels

Curtains are too short so room wasnt completely dark, no blow-dryer available in the bathroom, our room faced the street so it was a little noisy

The room and stay were great. Loved the fact that there was a waffle iron in the kitchen area for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like that the floor would creek when we would would walk on it. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Staff couldn't have been nicer and were very accommodating with a late checkout. Mattress and pillow were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and restful.

Bathroom lighting was awful. To get sufficient light to apply makeup, you had to turn on secondary light which also turns on a heat lamp. Why? Also the bathroom door would barely latch and stay closed -took great effort to close it each time.

Location was perfect. We never made it to breakfast due to sleeping in.

We kept having problems with the key cards,we kept having to go back to service desk to get in our room. It was pretty frustrating

The receptionist was very nice. He gave us information on the area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was complimentary breakfast. The location was very convenient to the freeway.

There could have been a little more variety on the complimentary breakfast.

Nice and quiet just perfect. The room was larger than expected so that was a plus.

The cleaning definitely seemed like a rushed process. it was hair in the bathroom and spa tub that I had to clean.
