SpringHill Suites by Marriott El Paso Airport

This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in some very pricey hotels to include the Omni in Nashville, the Omni Resort in San Diego, The Grand in the Grand Canyon, the Hyatt Regency in Austin, the Gaylord in National Harbor…the list goes on and on (my husband travels a lot for work). This was the cleanest, nicest, most comfortable hotel room we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. It was completely unexpected for the price point. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and CLEAN! The bathroom was very, very clean and quite lovely. The aesthetics were very pleasing and calming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had taken a bunch of pictures.

The front door was a little awkward to find, but other than that, there was nothing about this hotel we did not like.

Staff were very kind, including with respect to run to airport (though hours for that are limited and cabs from airport are $20 even though it's a two minute drive away). Room was spacious and clean.

Work station in room appears to be made of clear plastic and noisy when jostled so cannot work while anyone in room is trying to sleep.

The breakfast was convenient and had variety. The location of the hotel was great for us as it was right by the airport and our relative’s house.

The base of the shower stall was slippery so we needed to put a bath towel down in the shower to avoid falls.

The Hotel was clean, front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was near a lot of eateries.

It doesn't have a pool.

we checked in late, exhausted with four tried and cranky kiddos. the staff was amazing! very friendly, cheerful, funny and offering to help us get them all routed to the elevators. she was exactly what I needed as a worn out mama!

couch bed in room wasn’t a pull out just a basic twin; it was hard.

Breakfast needs a little more they don't have pancakes or waffles and I think that's a must have at hotels other than that breakfast was ok but not enough!

Have a waffle or pancake machine!

Good. Although ending at 9 am was a little too soon. Maybe consider ending the continental breakfast at 11?

Breakfast hours. Extend for a couple of hours more.

There were restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. parking lot was well lit and we felt safe.

Can’t complain, just don’t forget to ask for the trundle bedding at check in.

We arrived very late. There was 5 people in my family. Three teenagers my youngest is 6…teens wanted their own bed…they were bickering over who was sharing with who and then The kids were surprised by the trundle bed couch! So awesome!

Everything about it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and very peaceful. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be staying again.
