Holiday Inn El Paso Airport, an IHG Hotel

It’s a very guest centric establishment. The staff are very attentive and friendly with anything they are able to assist you with. They really show you their best side and they remind me of how great my customer service was when I was in retail. with that being said that’s my experience with them and there’s some new faces here now so I hope the great service continues

Only thing I can think of honestly,is either the shower heads get clogged with calcium and lime or maybe just the water pressure has a weak stream. the water pressure isn’t great sometimes.. That is it but you don’t make a big deal about it . Although it make it wonderful

The breakfast and the breakfast attendant was amazing. We could order and then eat comfortably in our room away from the other guests. She handled a bust Saturday crowd wonderfully. The front desk was quick and friendly with check I as well.

The room could have used a better cleaning the duvet had obviously not been changed, it what appeared to be blood on it. We thought it might just be a stain but my husband got a wash cloth and it starting to come off! We just threw it to the floor and got a new one in the morning. The front desk was very nice and apologetic about it. There was a lot of noise on our floor as there was some sort of teen age team that was staying there as well. If the room was cleaned better I would give this place a 10 since they don't really have control over their guests.

They kept my deposit for no reason and they went on as if it wasn’t their fault. They blamed it on my bank.. So we’ll see what happens with that

The property is well maintained. The staff is professional in their demeanor and their dress. The breakfast attendant was especially attentive and kind and energetic.

There are some areas of the hotel, specifically my room, that could use some more attention. The cups around the sinks are not changed out. I know this because there was soap on the plastic cups and soap caked around the cups. Just an oversight, however, those cups were rendered unusable. Attention to detail is appreciated.

Hotel is under new management. Everything looks to be renovated. Beautiful restaurant and bar and an even better menu

I didn’t like that they knocked on our door at 8am to ask if we were leaving. If checkout is at 11:00am, I shouldn’t be hearing from anyone until maybe 10:30am.

very clean, saw workers sanitizing and mopping floors several times while we were there for 3 days.

The reviews for this property were wonderful, so I booked it. From the time we walked in the door, cheerfully greeted, we enjoyed our stay! The grill has great food with very affordable prices. Liz and Ebon served up an awesome Phase I burger with some of the best fries I’ve eaten in quite awhile, and I’m picky! Denise was cheerful and friendly and proud to be part of this staff. Up this morning to be greeted by Ashley to take our breakfast order😊. The property is very clean, inside and out. Don’t pass this one up!

Was charged extra over quoted price for pets which was refunded and a 25 dollar charge for something else which desk clerk said would be refunded back to my account withen 7 days of checkout but was never refunded. Just not happy booking for a budgeted price and end up paying almost 200 dollars for our room.

No shuttle early in the morning. had a flight change and the shuttle wasn’t available at 4 am so had to get an Uber.
