Embassy Suites by Hilton El Paso

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable we all had a good night's sleep. Also we all enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

The only thing that disappointed my wife and I , well more myself the first morning there not even 5 minutes after sitting down and started on breakfast someone from one of the highest balconies spit down on me . This really grossed us out it was all over my left shorts pocket. So we just had to get up and go , so I could clean up and change clothing. Everyone there that was helping in the breakfast area were helpful but we didn't see who had done this. I should have went to front desk to report the incident, but what could have been done?

Loved the hotel! Great location, clean, and staff was really nice. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an omelette station and they actually served food until breakfast was over, not like other hotels that don't refill the breakfast even though there's still an hour of breakfast left. Also, there are plenty of tables to sit at, so you don't have to wait around for an open table.

The only thing I wish was different is the bathroom size. It has the shower and toilet in one very small room and the sink outside right where the beds are at. So if you are the first one to wake up and shower you'll be waking the others if you need to use the sink.

Excellent king suite with separate bedroom and living area, 2 sink areas, 2 TVs, sofa bed, microwave, and mini fridge. Pleasant large atrium in center of hotel with many tables and bar plus breakfast/happy hour area. Excellent breakfast with made to order omelets. Location is right off I-10 east and convenient to restaurants and shopping. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike. All was excellent and a very nice experience!

Not just a cheap breakfast like most hotels. They made fresh omelets, kept all of the food warm and had an awesomene breakfast station. They also had complimentary drinks in the evening. Most of the staff were awesome and super sweet. The manager and gentlemen with long curly hair in the front desk were very helpful when we needed assistance. They made the stay pleasant when things could have gone miserably.

The room was a humid. The a.c. unit didn't work very well but still kept the room at a steady temperature. The wifi wouldn't connect and the toilet was running water. Seems like maintenance could do a better job.Other than that the stay was amazing and well worth the money..

I liked to decor of the hotel as well as the placement of everything. The staff were very professional especially during a time when the elevators were not working. They notified us of the situation, let us know how long it would take, and offered assistance. Hotel was very clean and roomy especially if you plan on having guests over

I did not like the air conditioning, it felt as if it didn't work. I also did not like how my husband, my 4 month old baby, and I was placed in a room right underneath a storage room. Some nights all you would hear is moving which would wake the baby

We liked the breakfast and the size of the suite.

The bathroom was way too small and had bad lighting in the tub area. It was not adequate for most people our age(seniors). The microwave was in an awkward location and again difficult for seniors to operate due to its location under the bar sink. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment that we needed since we were traveling with perishable food.

Great and friendly Staff Especially the bar tender. He was very nice and never complained or made me feel bad about the kids in table area by pool. He cleaned up the mess and was very customer friendly

I love this hotel. we have stayed here 3 times. The staff is AWESOME. GREAT location across from basset center (Dave and Busters and next to ihop) the indoor pool is SOOOO warm.

the bathroom is beyond tiny. you can’t get in and out the tub without touching the toilet. (but I love how the bedrooms are separated by a door to a living area)

We stayed in the 1 bedroom King suite which was large enough to hold our family of 6 pretty comfortably. The “COVID safe” breakfast was ok, for the rate of the hotel per night I think they should give the guests a little more food per serving in the breakfast boxes. The front desk staff was very friendly and answered every question and attended to every need in a timely manner.

I would say the only downside was the breakfast staff was NOT very friendly, and I’m not sure if it was something lost in translation because the woman did not speak English very well... but she just came across very rude even to my 9 year old daughter and my 12 year old son.
