Holiday Inn Express El Paso I-10 East, an IHG Hotel

Great View, large room, perfect pillows, lounge chair, ergonomic desk chair, decent size fridge with freezer, microwave in room, easy access and parking, complimentary breakfast, Lots of drawer and storage space, great lighting, plenty of towels, cups and coffee/tea condiments, courteous staff.

In door pool and spa, pool entrance and exit is through main passageway near lobby, smell of pool chlorine when entering lobby, wet and slippery floor due to pool access, overworked staff trying to mopping up floor due to pool water, dirty windows, hotel security needed to keep rowdy occupants/kids from running amok drenched in pool water, banging on doors and address unaccompanied minors in and around hallways.

I stayed here due to the location, I loved how convenient it was to get to all of the place I needed. I was a bit nervous to book here because I had never used a holiday inn but it exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and I have now become a customer for life! I will definitely be booking again and again!

The breakfast wasn’t great, I ate out everyday. That’s my only complaint.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows really soft, bathroom and shower clean with good water pressure, some maintenance is needed. Breakfast is what you would expect from free breakfast. Well stocked snacks, dining is in walking distance. Very safe area.

No complaints just to me the price is a bit high.

Would’ve scored this property a 10 but the staff at breakfast was rude. This was an overnight family trip, on the way home from visiting family for Christmas. We had 2 rooms to accommodate 5 of us. I grabbed 3 bottles of water at breakfast for a few of us. The staff rudely told me “only 2 bottles per person. I told her there were 5 of us and I was getting the water for them as well. She didn’t seem to believe me. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Everything was wonderful..we rented a room for my granddaughter to swim and she had a blast . Sara the person in the front office was such a wonderful and helpful person..

The price is a little to much but honestly it was worth it

From the time we arrived till we checked out everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful & respectful. The hotel & room were very clean. The continental breakfast was great! The amenities were also great & very clean! Overall, our stay was amazing!

Super comfy room that was nice and clean. A relaxing place to stay. Easy transport to the airport from here. Just a nice stay and will stay here again.

Great location with many restaurants and shopping near by. Freeway is right off the road, good but a bit noisy at times. The staff was great! very polite and welcoming! This hotel was super clean!

The only thing was the freeway noise at times.

I am not a mask user so I stayed my social distance from everyone. Even tho the governor had rescinded mask in Texas. Three days in the night manager insisted I put one on even thou no one had said a thing up until then. Also no one else was in the vicinity she was behind the glass partition and had her mask on.
