Beautiful property, the room was perfect for our family. Breakfast was good, friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Our room had a kitchenette but the property does not supply anything for it. No utensils, dishes, pots or pans. Just empty cabinets. I asked the front desk and was advised they do not supply anything for it but I could buy a cheap set at Walmart. I'm not going to do that while on vacation, obviously, so that wasn't a great recommendation for me. We spent 4 nights in the room as we were there for Thanksgiving. Not that I could've made a whole meal in a kitchenette but it would've been nice to have something to utilize the amenities.

property receive an 8, front lobby 9, clean appearance, room 240 swimming pool view, room clean and smell neutral. shower clean, bed comfortable and smell clean, room carpet clean, NO SMOKE SMELL OR WET CARPET SMELL. No Clorox smell or any other cleaning chemicals used, just right. swimming pool clean of leaves. Did’n had Breakfast. Room value is very good for El Paso area. you would not find a hotel with this price and clean. Parking lot is enclosed one exit and one entrance, private.

The location was terrific. Easy freeway access. Good hot breakfast, lots of choices and coffee and tea available 24/7. Our room had a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge, very convenient. We loved the pool and hot tub at the end of a long day. Mr Patel couldn’t have been nicer and we enjoyed talking with him. This is by far the best hotel in the area in our price range. This will be our hotel choice whenever we are in El Paso.

We understand that they have been waiting to have the carpet changed.

Only problem I had was the limited toiletries I have super long hair n need enough shampoo n cond. had 1 tiny bar of soap it was hot n I showered 3 times for work n netting purposes I requested a smoking room n had no ash trays.

It was clean, roomy and it has a kitchenette. The beds and bedding comfortable. The location is just off the highway. There was hot breakfast and it was plentiful. The check in was quick.

The carpet in the room needs to be stretched (safety issue); Might want to add anti-slippery strips in the bathtub.

The room was a lot nicer than I expected and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. It was easy to get to restaurants from the location as well.

The A/C wasn't very strong and the room got kinda stuffy towards the end of the night. I tried to raise the power of the fan but it only helped a little bit.

The room was very comfortable, although a bit dated, but that didn't have an effect on the comfort level. I had a small suite for a very good price. Most of the staff was friendly, and overall I was pleased. The bed was perfect, the a/c worked awesome, the bathroom was very clean and updated. They are serving breakfast, and there was a nice selection to choose from, including hot foods, dry cereals, fruit, yogurt and juices. Complimentary coffee from Keurig. Nice addition.

Some staff did not speak english, and for me that was an issue, as I was unable to communicate. It is situated right on the interstate, so there is some noise, but it isn't terrible. I was approached by staff and told to put my mask on, yet they had theirs around their neck, so that was offensive, but not a huge deal. I have a medical condition/reason for not wearing one, but it made no difference to the requirements. It was a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke was evident. Possibly bleeding from another location, but the smell was there. It could be an issue for anyone sensitive, but was not for me.

The rooms were huge, more of a suite. Very comfy beds. Full size fridge and a large table/work area. Lots of plug-ins for laptops. Best of all was the court yard. Trees were in blossom and birds sounded so happy.

The only thing l did not like was that l had to leave and come back to winter in Canada!

Parking spaces on sides were limited and parking in the back looked risky. Better lighting and obvious security cameras would be a benefit.

The cleanliness, the peace of mind and I was able to relax. I will definitely book this hotel again. Kitchen was clean sheets were clean and floors. After a bad experience at a close by hotel I was worried about this stay, but I was reassured by staff that I had nothing to worry and he was right. Facility was very clean, I didn't see random people in the parking lot that didn't seem to NOT be staying there so I didn't worry about my vehicle and gentleman at the desk was so polite and engaged in conversation to reasure me.

I was pleased with my stay. I have nothing bad to say. I know because of Covid some amenities aren't available and that's understandable. So i have no bad review.
