Hotel Consulado Inn

Breakfast was good. Staff was great! Cleaning was offered everyday and they were super nice always offered extra towels or soap/shampoo or toilet paper. Comfortable and close to embassy/cas/medical exam.

Had to active the card twice so instead I would just activate it before going to my room. The toilet had a leak. And the shower.. not enough water would come out or as much I would have liked it to.

I just liked the treatment of the belt boy. he was very nice, except the lady in the reception she wasn’t very polite. we had to tell them to leave us some water in the room and if we asked for it in the reception the receptionist would charge us for the bottles of water.

I feel that they need air extractors in the bathroom and natural air access in the windows. And they do not clean well the room and the pool.

The breakfast offered is really a full meal and its good, saves you money on food. They offer transportation to the Consulado if needed which is very helpful. There is a little store for snacks in the hotel, very nice man and a small quick food restaurant. There is an office also outside parking area and they offers immigration services if needed and sometimes available in the hotel, they checked something for me and did not charge. This is not a 5 star but we needed nothing more, clean and safe and everyone very nice.

They were busy at the front quiet a bit and the waiting time long but everyone courteous. There is a discrepancy in the amount of beds, their wording is different than what is found on this site, they were helpful and did take care of the issue as we needed more beds.

The stay is fine in general, the food was simple but tasty and the transportation is punctual.

Staff in the cafeteria hurry you up to take breakfast fast. There are no copies or prints within the hotel, the guy never arrived. I had to pay 40 pesos per printed sheet. The AC is very loud.

I liked the location.

I didn't like the service that I received at the kitchen. We supposed to get free breakfast. In order to get it, we had to request a ticket, I got a ticket for 9:00, when we went downstairs (9:04) the lady at the kitchen denied the breakfast because we were late. It was very upsetting to see that she changed her attitude when the boss was around.

My room was always clean thanks to cleaning staff, location of the hotel was perfect for my business that i had to take care of, best breakfast that you can ever have, plus my kids enjoyed the pool to the maximum!!

Good attention, transport to the embassy. And it was bear to the embassy.

You don't have a good restaurant. And the closer one, didn't accept credit card.

I like how breakfast was included and that all the staff we're super friendly. In addition the location was great !

I honestly was not a fan of how dirty the pool was. And the fact that the room card would not work half the time we needed to open the room.

The restaurant was excellent the staff was nice and the place was clean

There where some repairs getting done at the ceiling and the people working on it were a bit loud but nothing too bad

Breakfast was good, and room service was great.

What i didn't like is that when I arrived on Thursday Morning around 7 am to get my room they told me they didn't have a room, so I had to wait until probably around noon to get a key for a room and I had a reservation already and charged me for the full day thursday even tho i didn't use the hotel.
