La Quinta by Wyndham Cd Juarez Near US Consulate

Shoutout to Yvette and Eduardo. Yvette kept our room spotless during our stay and was always super kind to us. My son LOVED her finishing touch of putting his teddy bear on his pillow. Eduardo was our host at breakfast and treated us like royalty. Very professional and always welcoming and attentive. These two persons definitely made our stay beyond amazing. It was a stressful week and the warmth and kindness they both expressed made our week much better. This hotel is super close to the consulate and right next to a plaza with a good selection of restaurants. Security was on point as there is a gated and guarded entrance/exit.

The only downside was the pool could use a little more upkeep and the bathroom could use remodeling.

My Wife and I like and love everything since day one, we thank each and every person that help us, The hotel was always clean, nice and neat, we love the breakfast guy always kind and helpful and breakfast every day was delicious, Thank you! The Housekeeping lady everyday was making sure that we were ok and ask us if we needed anything really kind, Thank you. Front desk guy and lady always answer our question they were always nice and kind they even guide us when we needed help, Thank you all for everything we appreciate everything you guys did for us, God Bless you all!

Everything was so clean and organized. My husband and I went to Juarez for his US consulate appointments, the hotel helped so much with transportation. Breakfast was delicious, you’ll mostly get omelette with beans and a different side every day, but the chef will make any special request. The pool was clean and it’s not deeper than 5 ft. Cleaning staff was nice, I have no complaint there. They have a delicious pizzeria and seafood restaurants near by. The hotel is guarded and that’s what I liked the most was the security.

Not that close to the US consulate, it’s no more than a 10 minute drive, and you’d have to go by transportation schedule or otherwise you would have to get a taxi. My husband and I would sometimes take the transportation or, if we needed to go somewhere earlier or later or even else where that the transportation was not heading to, we would call a taxi or Uber. Also the mall and restaurants are closer to the consulate.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that the table had extra plugs for all my devices. The bathroom water was really hot and clean towels were always available. The staff was really attentive. The area good as there are lots of places to eat at a short walking distance.

The breakfast was decent but could have used some variety such as a different kind of omelette. I was disappointed the pool/jacuzzi area was closed. The room could use some improvements such as changing the microwave (doesn’t spin), bathroom faucet has too much pressure and shoots out water and the wifi kept disconnecting.

Everything was nice and clean, staff was amazing and attentive. The afternoon driver Salvador was amazing, attentive and friendly.

The morning driver, Eugenio, was rude and would not communicate well with anyone which made it difficult to get to morning appointments, we had to find other transportation for morning appointments.

The cleanliness is remarkable. The breakfast with Eduardo was good and his service was great. The guardias were also very helpful and attentive and do a great job keeping the grounds safe. The room was very comfortable with lots of drawer space and the TV channels always offered something good. The gym is well maintained and cleaned often. The scheduled shuttle services are reliable and helps getting to important appointments. The location is great; lots of food options nextdoor, across the street, and only a short walk to S-Mart and Walmart for groceries and other necessities.

The jacuzzi and the pool were extremely cold and couldn't be enjoyed. There is a strange persistent smell on the 2nd floor of either burning or sewage that forced us to always keep the fan on. The front desk employees should have name tags. Two of the men that work there were not hospitable, rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Everyone else at the front desk were very helpful. Lastly, one of the dryers isn't working well and we had to do a 2nd cycle. Though overall a good place to stay.

The breakfast was good although we only ate it one day, due to being busy and people were waiting for tables. The time we ate there the server was very friendly.

I paid cash for my total price. When looking at my reservation they had already taken 1 nights stay from my credit card. Never refunded my 1 night pay so I basically paid for 8 days when we only stayed 7. The people In 219 had very noisy people they kept banging on the wall. I don't know if they were children or not. 2 days out of our stay We told the housekeeper we didn't need our room clean, went to see our Dr. When we came back they were cleaning our room. We were ready to rest and when we told the housekeeper she gave a very demanding sigh and mumbled under her breath like she was irritated. No sugar or creamer available we told they were out and had not delivered. Overall it was ok.

Everything was great... Staff was friendly they had a good security that made me feel safe.

The only thing i did not like was the van driver. He seem to be upset all the time and kinda rude. They have a schedule that supposely he follows to take people to do errands but most of the time the van is just parked there and he's either on brake or etc.

was very renovated!! you feel very safe because everything is gated and they have someone checking who comes in and out. The breakfast was good. The waiter was so nice and friendly. There are some restaurants and shops next door that you could walk.

I did not like that the wifi it was horrible. You lost connection every 5-10 minutes. Safe to say that you wont have good connection.

Outstanding locations, close the Misiones mall, there many restaurants just a couple steps away. In my opinion the price is excellent due to there other options more expensive. The breakfasts is good and the staff is excellent

Breakfast can improve, just have more options, but at the end it is fine
