La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso East Lomaland

The front desk person, Krystal, was very sweet and helpful. I was having a Lasik procedure done on my eyes and wanted to make sure I had a non-smoking room. She accommodated my request and was super helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I usually bring my own pillows because I don’t like the hotels, but they had really nice pillows and used them.

There was renovations going on, and that was a little unsightly, but to be expected. There were some other guests that were bothersome. A good portion into the night, there was a lot of LOUD arguing and I believe the police had to come.

The location was perfect. Originally, was given a room on second floor. That wasn't going to work,as there was no elevator,& no other rooms. The clerk that came in at 11pm located a room on first floor, checked to see if it was clean..and booked us,plus at a lower rate.

Toilet was very low and tub....one family member needed handicap accessible. Probably rooms n eed tubs converted to showers and higher toilets.

I was there for a week with my wife and dog, the lady that cleaned our room was very nice and understanding of our needs plus she did a great job ! ! There was a lady at the front desk that was friendly and nice the guys not so much. But overall we were very satisfied 😊

Before I checked out , I had called the front desk , and a woman answered I had asked when my check out day was she told me to hold on the phone , she left me on hold for 10 mins , so I hung up and called again I asked n she hung up so I called through the hotel phone n she responded back very rudely

The staff was great and helpful. Alexa explained the outage to us and provided alternatives for us. When the power came back on, they checked us in pretty quickly after the system was rebooted.

It was a bit dirty, and there was construction going on. Also when we arrived, the power was out. It was, however, resolved rather quickly and we were able to check in shortly after. Also, the water takes FOREVER to heat up.

Nothing to say bad

Room, bathroom. Everything was clean and well organized. Staff was always available if I had a question and was able to respond fast and efficient. Also parking was in great location so I can supervise my car from the room if need be.

Not much I didn’t like. Everything met the standards on what I was looking for. I would stay at this hotel and recommend it to my friends and family.

Great customer service. Pool open and clean. Room clean and stocked.

Wanted an earlier check-in and was unable to. However, Clerk was able to check I'd and confirmed registration earlier. Which did work out for my family, after all.

Pretty much everything. Staff is incredibly attentive to your needs. You are certainly not doing yourself any favors settling for a stay at the Motel 6 across the street. It may be cheaper, but my comfort and happiness matter and I know I will not be spending money to be frustrated in these regards.

Always having to unplug something to have power available, by the bed. This is how the room is designed though and not much of an intentional shortcoming. These buildings have been around a while and do not take into consideration the mobile lifestyle and today's smartphones, tablets, etc.

The room was great I liked that it had no carpet and the black out curtains were great. The bed awesome like always!

No washer and dryer on the property it’s much needed for travelers who are using Uber to move around town.
