Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center

Clean stay, good location to all the medical area. Front desk help was very nice. Breakfast looked decent, it's extra.

The work-out room A/C was broken. They sent maintenance man for a minute, he said he 'reset' it in 1 min and left. never checked back in. The heater was stuck on high and temp rose to 87 degrees for 2 days until we left. Pool has neat kids area, not all of the kiddie fun fountains are working.

While the hotel, amenities, and location were all excellent, the staff set this hotel apart. Every interaction we had with staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, was all friendly and personable, and they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. My family and I will certainly be back at this hotel when we are in the Forth Worth area.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was helpful. I appreciate the walk-in shower as opposed to a shower in a bath tub. Pool was quite nice.

I am confined to a powered wheelchair. Both elevator doors were dangerously difficult to enter without closing on me and the chair. Minor issue: the coffee maker in our room, 335, was broken.

Ok, aside from its so accessible to restaurants and the fort worth zoo, the place isnt new but its very clean. Food is the best. Big portions, delicious. You order them and they cook em fresh and yummy. They have excellent staff, great customer service. Dont forget to tip em good when they are doing a great job. Bed were cozy, comfy. Dont forget that you will have to let them know ahead of time if you want housekeeping because due to strict covid policy still in place, they only do housekeeping per request. That wasnt inconvenient for us, we are actually glad they are good with trying to keep everyone safe from everyone. Masks are recommended but not required. Staff are wearing masks. Fitness center isnt big but good for some workout. The pool is very kid friendly as its only up to 4feet. Kids will really have so much fun. What else? Yiu park at the garage parking, so be careful and dont leave belongings in car since non hotel guests also park there. Hilton hotels never disappoint us. Oh also, pet friendly hotel. Thank you once again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish every hotel stay was this pleasant! It may be from now on, if I stay at a Hilton! One chain has lost our personal and business travel due to lack of quality up keep of everything over the last 13 years as loyal customers. We now have a new favorite in the Hilton hotels. Our stay was pleasant all around at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fort Worth. I especially liked the detail to cleanliness. The look at the front when driving up, the outside appearance and upkeep. Walking in, the sparkling glass, no trash, well swept and kept, clean bricks, no dirt accumulated along baseboards at entrance or in creases in sidewalk or where window glass meets the metal frame (nothing but clean), no dust on surfaces or light fixtures throughout the inside or outside areas of this hotel. The lobby, breakfast, restaurant, seating and bar areas are inviting. Lots of nice seating options for a group, intimate, open, eating, a few drinks, a cute bar area and an outside fire pit. The hotel has an awesome clean indoor pool with a neat splash area and lots of seating, a well equipped workout room, a nice business room with computers and printers and plenty of work space and a 24 hour mini store for drinks, snacks and misc. The smell of fresh clean everywhere, not overpowering like sprayed on cover up, this is clean smell as in no cover up because everything is cleaned and kept clean everywhere in the hotel from roof to root. The staff is either seasoned, talented, well trained and or skilfully manged or all of the above! Everyone we encountered was top notch and friendly. Hopefully, whomever is responsible continues to understand quality staff makes a difference from top to bottom! This Hilton obviously has it together! We're looking forward to our next Hilton stay.

The mattress in our room 338 may need to be replaced. It seemed slightly broken or sagging in the middle. Otherwise, the feel and look of the king bed, linens, pillows was beautiful and room was perfect. If on Friday and Saturday nights the bar area would stay open an hour longer until 11pm. Such a nice bar area to have in hotel to relax and not have to drive.

We were here because of a family member in the hospital the staff was friendly and helpful. When the other person got out of the hospital the staff without asking went ahead and moved us to a handicap room without even being asked.

it was a great location, very clean and well appointed and the staff was amazing. We will definitely stay anytime we head to Ft Worth for an event!

there really wasn’t any problems with our stay. The only thing I can think of is I wish the Bar would’ve been open a little later.

We loved everything about it! location was nice with food places in walking distance, we absolutely loved the pool and our son had a fun time playing in it! The staff was extremely nice. breakfast was good with lots of options! I wish we would’ve been able to stay longer than just a night but we plan on going back and staying for a weekend! ☺️

The pool was Alittle colder then I would have thought being and indoor pool. But my son loved it so we enjoyed it. The staff AMAZING front desk was simply the best super sweet and went above n beyond expectations. Room for handicap was so small 153 we made it work but no way could we do that small again.

The breakfast was ordered in a to-go box to take away or eat at the designated lobby area The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The pool size, cleanliness, warm pool water, and children pool area were awesome! Staff were friendly and guests were wearing mask and observing COVID 19 precautions.

Room service did not clean room, change towels, or replace toilet rolls.....not too impress with it. Although, I assumed it was due to the pandemic season. Upon request, the cleaners were happy to give us new towels and tissue.
