Omni Fort Worth Hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The check in process was made to feel very personal. I liked the fact that the hotel offered some different dining options and a great bar. I mentioned it was our anniversary and it was a nice personal touch when there was champagne and a dessert waiting for us in our room.

Maybe better pillows. Best pillows I have ever had were at the Gaylord in Grapevine TX. In fact I ended up buying some of the same pillows after staying there. Can't remember the name off hand, but other than that it was a great stay

There’s an additional fee that you don’t find out about until you arrive for check in. They charge an additional $100 PER NIGHT for incidentals. For example, my initial rental amount was $615 total for 4nights which was great (or so I thought). Once I arrived I was informed that I had to pay $500 in incidental fees but that I’d receive that amount back within 7/14 business days. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess that’s ok if that’s there policy but AT LEAST make the customers aware of this prior to arriving. Surely everyone doesn’t have the luxury to let Omni hold on to their funds for 7/14 days or however long it takes for them to credit their account back.

Loved the private valet parking, convenient location to Sundance Square, 3rd floor rooftop pool and bar, and room service food was fantastic.

Room safe was malfunctioning when I arrived and was never repaired after the bellman stated they would get someone to fix it, lights in the bathroom were flickering, and the shower was initially hard to operate due to hard water buildup.

OMG one of the best hotel experiences! From the moment of arrival the staff was so welcoming and helpful with any and everything a tourist could ask for! Colton and Deshauna made the experience seem exceptional! Blanca was very helpful as well! Beautiful hotel and amenities and location were even more amazing!

I didn’t like that I didn’t get to stay longer.

Would be lovelier with longer evening pool hours or an adult swim. I booked specifically for the pool but it was much smaller than expected and it was full of children splashing violently up until the minute the pool closed. I would have loved to enjoy a drink in the pool, but I can’t really hold it against anyone else for making the most of their trip as well.

This is an exceptional venue that's accessible to a variety of different options. Our room was more than adequate with a terrific view of the city. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Any issues that arose were immediately extinguished and corrected.

It took several days for us to get comfortable with the size of the tub. It definitely was not what we are used to.

The breakfast buffet at Cast Iron was fantastic as well as the servers and the omelette chef. Everyone was super friendly and not once did they seem like they weren’t having a decent time at their jobs. Extra kudos to the omelette chef!

I think the pool area could be revamped or expanded as they were out of chairs.

The Omni is impeccable. Rooms are well appointed and clean, and beds are comfortable. Loved Bob’s steak and chop house where we had NYE dinner - excellent cuisine, cocktails, and service!

We were charged $9.95 for WiFi even though we signed up for the members program. Also, paying $34 per night for valet parking is a bit steep when the rooms are already $350-400 per night including taxes and fees.

The location was amazing, we walked everywhere and did not have to get the car out after we arrived until we left. The staff was super helpful and very kind!

The Keurig was broken in our room and did not work, there was not enough body wash in the bathroom. There seemed to be little upkeep to the hallways for such a great hotel, there are damages to the walls and doors. The cost of the valet- $35 per day seems a bit high for that area. At Bob's Steakhouse there was an unruly party next to us that a man threw a knife at the glass wine wall and noone at the restaurant said anything to him and just let him walk out---that was a terrifying situation and we were worried about him being a guest at the hotel. The staff at the restaurant acted like nothing happened and let that party of 7 walk out

The air was not cool enough in the room. I turned it down and had fan on high and moved the slats on the vent and it was still warm. And the water pressure in the shower was very low. The sink had more pressure than the shower. We were disappointed.
