super comfortable bed, big room, hot shower and really nice people who worked there. I also loved that it was right next to the trinity river w a great walking path.

building is a bit dated and maybe a little dirty. The worst thing though was the location was right next to the freeway and kind of stetchy area. however, that is kind of the part of town where I needed to stay.

There was plenty of choices for breakfast, it was hot and ready early in the am. Housekeeping did an excellent job, the mints and the note from housekeeping was sweet! There was always a person at the front desk incase I needed anything.

The only thing I can think of is that the tub had a difficult time draining. It needs to be looked at to see if it could be remedied.

Location was great for Dickies Arena and Will Rogers Memorial and close to highways, the zoo, the garden, and cultural areas. The area is quite charming.

Little pricey in my opinion but great location for where I wanted to be. The key cards stopped working Sunday, and we didn't check out til Monday but were easily reprogrammed. And the last thing is more of a Google maps issue, but the way I got here felt like "the back way." Roads were not clearly marked and easy to miss, and the under pass we went through had me convinced I was going the wrong way. Even drove past the parking lot entrance the first time, because it's just past some bushes.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was next to Trinity walking trail and shopping across the street. I would go back.

I didn't like the $3 charge per day for open parking. There was no ticket given to show that parking was paid for and that it was being controlled.

Breakfast was ok at best. Location for my events was good Gentleman that came to repair the tv was a really ho honest and good person

Rates-jumped tremendously. Have stayed there several times over the years—never paid that amount. Return air in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while or possibly ever. Mold by the ac window. Body soap was non existent.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices both hot and cold. It was monitored and serviced as needed.

Fitness room was small but could benefit from the addition of a yoga mat and some blocks or bands for floor exercises. I had to use a big bath towel from my room for stretching. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while.

The staff was very kind and when the key didn’t work to my room they gave me a different key to use if I had a question it was answered promptly we put a lot of use in the pool which was a very nice size and very clean when I come back this way I will stay here and would recommend this place

The breakfast could of had a bigger variety but I do understand that Covid precautions do need to be in place

TV wasn't working in the first room so they moved us to another room...Staff was really wonderful and helpful

There was a mixup because of changing rooms and I guess they didn't finish putting it in the system so they try letting someone else into our room in the middle of the night...got woke up by someone trying to get into our room. Thankfully we had all the locks locked on the door so they couldn't get in.

they charge for parking!!! after advertising that they don’t. It’s a basic parking lot without anything deserving a fee. Had I known they were going to charge I would have parked next door at the pancake house!!!

The room itself was clean. The breakfast looked good. The pool was nice too.

The toilet kept running but my oldest son was able to get that fixed. There were some concern over the floor but the tub. It was weak and dropped when you stepped on it.
