Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center

The location was perfect, and the facility was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and room was awesome. The coffee at breakfast was very good!

Several ice machines were not working, so had to go on each floor to find one that was (3rd floor) We stayed on 5th floor. The breakfast hot food was not very good. Waffle batter produced very dry bread-like waffle, turkey sausage was like rubber and eggs tasted fake and salty. Should have had more fresh fruit. Parking fees were way too expensive, so we elected to park free less than block away.

We were very happy with our single King room at Fairfield Inn in downtown FtW, which appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. The space was modern & well planned: plenty of storage, large-screened tv, comfortable lighting, ample wall & UBS plugs. The bed, linens, & towels were very comfortable. HVAC worked well, too. The location in the downtown area enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

In addition to a stain on the carpet, it appeared it was time for carpet cleaning. A parking discount for Marriott Bonvoy members would be appreciated, but not available.

Good location. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Happy hour at the on-site bar, although this didn't open one night due to low occupancy rates. Located in the heart of downtown so close to some great restaurants. 10 minute taxi to the stockyards.

Unfortunately I found a few hairs in the bathroom. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We had to go to reception to request more toilet paper.

Everything we needed was within walking distance to the gotel. I did not have to pull my truck from the valet once. We walked everywhere. Hotel staff were amazing!!! Was there over several days, so we met quite a few. Hotel was clean and well run.

I told the staff as I was waiting for the valet to bring my truck that this was the first time I had stayed anywhere that I had no compliants.

Stayed for a 2 day convention. Was Worth the price of the room especially since I booked last minute and it was literally next to the convention center. The stay was super friendly and the breakfast was good and lite.

The smart tv did have some minor issues. It would shut off on its own when using YouTube. I was also not able to gain access to a HDMI port to connect my Nintendo switch to play my games. And I think adding the Pluto tv app should be a good option when watching or streaming TV.

The front desk and vallet staff were amazing. We got a great dinner recombination when we arrived and that set us up to explore Downtown Fort Worth on foot. The room was great and I loved the city view from the balcony. The bathroom was huge.

Two complaints: * there was a strong fragrance throughout the hotel that wasn't terrible, but I'd have had a better experience if the scent were less aggressive * the breakfast was kind of a joke. Maybe the folks at the front desk set my expectation too high. I think I was expecting a Hilton Sunday brunch and what I got was a sad buffet. The second day they ran out of the protines. They brought out more bacon but it ran out super quickly and people were still grumbling about there not being enough food.

The room was fabulous, great inclusions and probably the best room of our current US holiday

Not just your staff but noone seems to have answers to general tourist questions and I'm guessing you wouldn't have locals only staying. I can't remember what questions we asked now but were met with ' I don't know'!!!

Great location, close to restaurants, the Fort Worth Water Gardens and across the Convention Center. A short drive to Dickies Arena and other venues. The gym is well equipped, and we used it on a couple of occasions during our stay. The breakfast buffet has very good options between hot breakfast, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt and a variety of cereals.

Definitely need to improve customer services. I almost canceled my reservation, but due to last minute I ended up keeping my reservation.

Great location directly across the street from the Ft Worth Convention Center! Comfortable rooms. Best in town? Nope, but I had zero issues being there!

Price was a bit high, but it was during NCAA tournament, Blade Show, and a USAT International Taekwondo tournament.
