Brand new facility.

Management needs to know that the paint above the bathtub is pealing, due to no fan installed in bathroom. This needs to be done immediately to all rooms otherwise your hotel will quickly be full of mold and depreciate in value and costs will be much higher to fix it later. No door stopper was added to bathroom door so there is now a whole in the wall due to the hook on the door. Also paint touches needed where people marked the bath for a picture and a towel rack was hung. There was also a dirty makeup washcloth left in the bathroom.

The first meeting was with Tanisha. She was very cordial, friendly and informative upon our arrival. Appreciated that first encounter. It is conveniently located to Nearby stores and especially where we had to go for a wedding. I was very pleased overall

nothing that I did not like about property! my only observation…Would have liked waffle machine included in hot choices for breakfast. They may have had one that I did not see. The eggs and sausage didn’t stay as hot as I thought they should when walking from food area to sit at tables.

Would've given a 10 even with the directions, cause that's not their fault, if I had known about the charge and my key card worked the whole time. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, beautiful room, and wonderful layout. Also, very good security as you need a key card to enter any door other than to the lobby.

When I put the address into the GPS that the site gave me it kept trying to get me to drive through a field, the staff accidentally had my key card deactivate on the wrong day but that was an easy fix, and there's a charge that you have to pay even if you pay before you go so be prepared for that.

Layout of room. Bedding was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous and pleasant.

Bathroom floor was not clean. Dried shampoo on shower shelf - hadn’t been wiped down. USB port next to bed was installed crooked so cord couldn’t be inserted. Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and had stains.

The location was very nice with good parking and a great comfy bed! The room was also a large size (compared to other hotel rooms).

There was another family that arrived very loudly at midnight. It was annoying we could hear them in the hallway with a screaming kid.

Love the updated decor and the size of the room. Was glad to have a chaise, sometimes I have to sleep sitting up and this was great. Also loved the window treatment - blackout shade. Everything was so clean.

The tv's set up was bad - possibly the cable programming. Had to go to guide channel each time and wait for it to go through every channel, then type in channel - couldn't scroll at all and no info for any program. Also, TV time was off by an hour. Re-set it several times but it went back to default everytime.

I stay with HIE often in travel. The properties rarely disappoint. I know I can count on a clean, reasonably priced and comfortable place to refresh. Thank you for a restful night.

The only thing noticed was the entrance to the hotel needing paved. It was more live driving into a construction site. I’m sure the ruts and gravel portion will be corrected in time.

The breakfast was very good.....sausage was cooked, biscuits and gravy were very good and the egg with cheese was good too. This was better than a sack breakfast given at other hotels. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. Location of a great restaurant across the street was a huge plus on this trip.

The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was that there is no lighting on the coffee pot which made it hard to see the instructions for the coffee pot. The coffee pods and tea bags provided were very good.

The bed was SO comfortable & everything so clean.

The bathroom door in our room would not close. It seemed like the floor was swollen or the door was unlevel and wouldn't allow it to close more than halfway. Would've liked to have more channel selection on the television.

Overall it was great, rooms and bathrooms were clean. I give them one and half thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

Breakfast could of been different. Served same breakfast two days in a row.
