loved the effort from the staff they were great! but unfortunately disliked the perfumed room spray distributed all night in the air conditioning unit. i didn’t realize it was coming from the unit until I layed down and woke up constantly to the smell. I’m highly sensitive to any chemical spray so sadly didn’t love this overnight :(

The staff were friendly!!!
We were charged more than the booking.com price quoted. It wasn't much about $20 more and honestly my fault for not double checking it. Was in town for medical purposes and wasn't paying attention or concerned at the time. So my only recommendation is to be aware of checking the price ahead of time just so you're in the mindset it might not be right when actually checking in.

I have never stayed here when I visit Cleburne but looking back I regret I didn’t! The facility is very clean and inviting. The rooms more than exceeded my expectations and the staff was so friendly. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff I would say great job Hampton Inn and Suites of Cleburne!!! A plus plus!!! My family will be booking here again!

We found no fault with our stay. In fact, compared to other hotels we stayed in during our 10-night vacation in Texas, this was the nicest. Fantastic breakfast choices! Gotta love the Texas-shape waffle iron 😁!

The room was very clean, and the amenities were good.
When entering the hotel room on the very first day the room had a smell but that could of just been due to the AC not being on. Also not having free wifi was kind of disappointing but I had unlimited data so it was fine.

Outside of town and was easy access to everywhere we needed to go.
Unable to use the pool due to there was a baseball team there and there was a limit to how many people could be I the pool and they hoarded it asked if they would call and let us know when pool was available and never got contacted

Since I had booked through Booking.com they wouldn't give me a receipt which I've always gotten one from other hotels. Bed wasn't soft and since there were 2 in the room we used both beds and only 1 bed was made up the other wasn't.

The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was friendly. There was a good variety of food to choose from. Our room was quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.
Nothing that I can think of; it was fun meeting family there and visiting.
