Upon my arrival keys did not work the room was dirty andirty and I had to ask for it's for a set of towels that were not even in the room. The next day the toilet leaked and I had to be moved to another room.. Then I noticed things missing but I generally take pictures of everything as I take it out and lay it out and expensive set of makeup brush fenty Make up was stolen. I notified the front office and nothing was done not even a call from Management. I cut my trip short. No apology no nothing. Poor professionalism. Zero communication. Never will I come back.

I was looking forward to the pool and it was closed down nothing looked wrong with it at all 😒 I was disappointed

Due to Covid they had a very limited breakfast, it was cereal and some type of burritos. One of the burritos didn’t have ingredients listed on the packaging so I wasn’t sure what was in it, for someone who doesn’t eat meat it can be a little frustrating.

The room as is good condition. The housekeeper kept towels fresh and my room clean. I was at the hotel for two weeks so that was good to never run out of towels.

I thought the breakfast could have had a bit more of a variety. But it was accommodating.

I thought the carpets could have been cleaner. But basically the hotel was clean and had a nice staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was accessible to all the highways and public transportation. Was only 10 min from airport. And convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations were also short walking distances. The donuts, cereal, and apple juice was ok.

One staff member gave incorrect info regarding shuttle hours. Was told shuttle is only from 530 to 930 in the a.m and 430pm to 830 pm . On arrival at 130 pm had to walk to hotel from the public bus stop. Found out from corporate I could have called and got picked up at the airport anytime between 6am and 1030pm unlike what was told to me the day before when I called. Manager did make arrangements a ride for to the airport for a time outside the shuttle though I wound up leaving at 9am. I didnt like that the tv kept turning itself off.

Breakfast was limited due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but tasty...In order to have cereal guests are same touching the "request at Front Desk" same gallon container...single portion would be more logical given the circumstances.

The room was still under previous construction.. Obvious painting needed from previous repairs. TV was poor reception for "HD" quality.

Overall I liked my experience in the hotel. The staff was super friendly during the check-in process and every day they offered room cleaning service. The hotel is super close to the airport and car rental options, which was really convenient for me. Although the breakfast options are limited, I think having them was good.

There was a strong smell of tobacco smoke in the room.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and it WAS REALLY close to the airport saved on the LYFT !

The elevator was a bit dirty but that’s about it everything about the room was good !

Close to airport for long layover. Wonderfully helpful staff.

The "hot" water in the shower was only tepid. A cigarette stub floating in the swimming pool.

Bed was comfortable. Coffee was good. Free shuttle back to airport (not available the night before)

Chose place due to being stuck @ airport overnight. Room was old, peeling paint, poor patch jobs on wall. Tub drain ripped off
