That they had a room available after our hotel room got sold at another property. The pool was nice even if we didn’t get in water because too cold. They offered breakfast. The facility is very nice. They have a little courtyard that has umbrella tables, ceiling fans and a nice grill. Rooms have mini fridge and microwave which come in handy. Free Wi-Fi

Coffee pot was a pod type since I brought my own coffee that didn’t work well. Walls were kind of thin. Tv channel selection wasn’t much. Breakfast options could have been better but I’m a picky eater.

I liked the clean hotel and rooms The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was small but good. I especially liked the location among the tall pine trees.💞 We were able to walk among g the pines a little after sunrise.

I did not like the elevator not going to the 4th floor, also, the rush that the cleaning lady was in to get to my room. I was finalizing a prayer before getting on the road 15 minutes before checkout time. The cleaning lady came back too soon. She encroached on my final moments with the Divine. I suddenly felt rushed and lost my Michael Kors prescription glasses. I did not like not having a full breajfast.

Shuttle pick up and drop off at airport. Comfortable beds, clean room. Quick check in process.

Only one restaurant in walking distance from hotel. No sidewalks as road is a major highway. Fortunate that the food was descent.

I was only there for about 12h. My flight was canceled at Houston Airport and I needed a place to stay. My wife booked online for me pretty easy and everything else was good. I was glad to have a place to lie my head.

The staff (Brian, Cristian, and Tammy in particular) was fantastic! I was "high maintenance" and they were able to help with every request or problem. From helping me get back from dropping off my rental car at the airport to helping us get back to our flight on time and with 11 bags and a dog, these guys were great. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the property was clean and pleasant. I've stayed in hotels for double and triple the cost and have left half as satisfied. If I ever fly out of Houston again, this will be the place where I stay.

Very friendly and professional staff. Arranging a shuttle was a breeze. Good location for an overnight stop. Comfortable beds.

Very noisy air-conditioning in the room. Breakfast can have more choice.

Called front desk for shuttle. They were so helpful as we could not find the correct exit out of airport. Also shuttle driver was friendly. There was a hit option for breakfast and 4 different juices along with fresh fruit. Comfortable bed and good plugs in lamps for charging devices.

Bath tub caulk had a little bit of mold. But otherwise everything was ckean.

the non- contactablity when I arrived. could not get response from any of the 5 Marriott calls I made for shuttle pickup that i had arranged si i had to spend $30 usd on a cab

Customer service was amazing. My dad was with me and he needed a detailed explanation of his charges. The front desk clerk took her time on more than one occasion to break down his charges.

My boyfriend and I loved the breakfast! I was sad not to see a waffle maker or bacon but it’s okay! All in all great breakfast & service.

There were some unknown smeared red marks on our restroom door - too nervous to touch it.
