We didn't like the breakfast much but that is only because we prefer eggs and bacon stuff like that. The waffles were great tho!

You could not have a better location for work in the Houston area. I had appointments in Conroe, Cypress, Woodlands, & 34th Street. Whenever the traffic was high, I could use the Hardy toll road to hit 8 a block away. Airport hotels are often too close to the airport to take advantage of the Hardy/45/8 arteries as Homes2 is able. While my room looked out to 8, I didn't hear the traffic. Clean, new, great staff, quiet, nice breakfast with plenty of room to enjoy, clean updated workout room.

The breakfast was ok, it was usually gone so you had to ask for replacement. Not a great setup. I wish there were more options or more items so you could get one.

There were a lot of people smoking weed so it was everywhere in the halls and clean up was not great for the rooms.

Loved the full kitchen! Just wish they would provide better cooking pots/skillets. Was just given one beat down skillet with no cover! Breakfast was great!!!

Misinformation about the 24/7 guest laundry being on the 1st floor! I woke up real early in the morning to wash my work scrubs and could not locate the guest laundry and there was no soul at the desk to assist me 😱. They provide stained towels that are deemed "clean"??!!

Very large, well equipped and comfortable rooms. Very nice and helpfull personnel. they allowed us to leave the luggage for a couple of days for free. Despite early chekout we got some snacks and coffee. Thanks!

Airport transfer was only to 9.00 pm. Besides there was no contact with the hotel via booking com. I wrote some messages but nobody answered.

My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was nice.

I booked for 2 queen beds but instead was given a room with 2 full size beds instead. I requested extra towels because there was 6 in my group. We get to the room and there’s 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 other smaller hand towels. When I went to the front desk and requested towels and an extra blanket I was given attitude. It was late, I get it. I got my towels and extra blanket and headed to my room. When I took the kids to the pool there were no towels I requested towels and again the lady didn’t seem happy about giving me extra towels. There was also a room across from our room that had a trash bin outside and the bin was filled to the top.

When I arrived the computers were down. Waited in lobby for 3 hours with my disabled daughter. Had to leave my license and credit card with the clerk.He used his key card to get me in my room. When the system was up I went downstairs to checkin and get my room key.

The location is very close to the airport (10 minutes drive), building and rooms look very new and overall very clean. Room was very comfortable and full of ammenities such as microwave, fridge, sink, huge TV, King bed and sofa, and even a work desk. Bathroom was clean and shiny. I liked the fact that breakfast was still available in spite of the pandemic (with measures such as gloves and packed individual portions, which is something that you don't commonly find in another hotels lately. Check in/out process was very quick and with no issues. In general, this is a great value for the price. I would repeat and recommend to others. This is also recommended for longer stays.

The shower was out of the shower gel, so had to use the soap bar from the sink instead. Was told that breakfast started at 6am but then told that on Sundays it begins at 7am, when I had already served myself. Not relatively close to downtown, so depending on what your plans in Houston are the location might be or not the ideal.

Very good place to stay for an overnight if you need to take a flight! The team is very friendly and the Shuttle Bus in the morning to the airport worked great. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very convinient.

On arrival we needed to take a Taxi as the Shuttle bus only operates in the afternoon from 4pm on.

The room was very very clean, the bathroom as well. The bed was very comfortable! Everything was perfect, plus the staff were super friendly! Would highly recommend this hotel!
