The location close to the airport is the best thing and the shuttle back to the airport.

Even though the hotel is 7 minutes from the airport the taxis run on a fixed fee and the is no shuttle at midnight. So $30 for 7 minutes ride. That’s more of a complaint with the taxi companies but something to consider.

The location near the airport was great. Breakfast from 6am to 10am was fabulous. Good variety hot and cold, and very clean facilities. Coffee available all day was spot on. Bus route 104 outside to go into city. Return bus stop just the otherside. $1.25 each way. Restaurant at Doubletree 3 minute walk was great value and drink prices not too bad. Can't get head around the tipping and taxes on everything. Should be inclusive. Would I stay again? Definitely.

The air conditioning system in room was very noisy. Sleeping pill took care of that the following night. Otherwise, I can't complain .

Was met at the airport by tatiana thomas who had a big smile and was extremely nice . It was crowded at the pick up area and my flight had been delayed. Her smile and kindness completely brightened my day !! Was so grateful !! Her cousin Terry Thomas took me to the airport for second part of my trip .like his cousin he was also very nice and kind . The other staff at the property were also kind and helpful and my stay was very nice . Don’t remember anyone else’s name or would compliment them . Everyone was great !!!!

Wish there was a restaurant on site but was a close walk to get food

The Convenience of the hotel to the airport is excellent. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were updated and very clean. They also had transportation to the airport every half hour.

You did hear the planes at night however that is expected being so close to the airport.

The breakfast was good with a tea, coffee and hot chocolate service 24 hours a day. There is a very convenient shuttle to the airport and the driver was very helpful and friendly. Our room was a king size suite with small kitchenette. Good value for money. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioner in the room blew out quite cool air so sometimes it was cold sitting in the living room area of the suite. Our return flight to Canada was cancelled owing to weather so we had to stay in Houston for 6 nights. The only down side was that the hotel was not close to tourist amenities and downtown Houston and no local subway system.

The lobby area is comfortable. You coukd get a drink including wine/beer and chips etc. and watch the football game comfortably. A no stress zone. But it was professional. The room was huge. I liked the coffee maker beibg there even though they had hot coffee in the lobby. It's located near a late night convenient store and there is a jack-in-the-box withing a few hundred yards at the most. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shuttle worker in the afternoon shift was professional friendly and helpful in telling me about Texas. He took pride in his work as did all the front desk workers. The cookies were great and you could sense a team effort. Thanks.

The airconditioner was a little loud for me but I am bothered by these type if noises in general.

It was close to the airport. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, lots of options. They had grab and go snacks at the front desk. The van driver was very friendly. The property overall was nice and tastefully decorated.

The floors tiles seemed very dirty. Not sure if it was the design of the tiles but it was unappealing. The room and carpet smelled a little dank. It looked clean but the pillowcases were wrinkled, which made me think that it was not cleaned properly. The shuttle was late to pick-up to the airport.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and seamless, the continental breakfast was very good and offered plenty of variety, and the bed and room were very comfortable and quiet. I also used the fitness center and appreciated the quality of the equipment there. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady in charge of the continental breakfast.

It would have been nice to have an airport shuttle instead of having to get an Uber. Our toilet would not flush at first, but we took the lid off and jiggled a few things and we’re able to fix it. It would have been nice if there was non-dairy creamer available for the coffee instead of just half and half, as I’m lactose intolerant. It would have also been nice if at least one water bottle had been complimentary, instead of having to buy it. However, these were small, nitpicky things. Overall our stay was pleasant, comfortable, enjoyable, and very convenient to what we needed.

It was so comfortable. Clean, attractive. Updated. Drove 2-3 hrs to be close to the parking lot to leave the car. Shuttled to the airport for our flight to Hawaii.Very best choice. Great rate also. Great staff. Second time at this type of hotel. Will try our best to also stay at Hampton/Hilton. Very impressed.

Nothing. Wish we could have taken this hotel to Hawaii with us. Someone else booked us another hotel. We can't complain about it. Was totally great.

close proximity to airport and car rental return. staff was friendly. went above and beyond when I asked about sister property that had a functioning pool and he found one just a few miles away. he also provided a plunger for the clogged toilet

pool was closed for maintenance. our toilet kept clogging and I needed to get a plunger and jiggle internal tower to get it to fill with water
