I enjoyed my stay here at Travel Inn. I relocated back to Houston for my job & had to stay here due to my job not having me start on the date approved so it delayed me on finding another place . I had to stay here for two months and Angelin, Navi, and Sam made my stay an easy stay. I had no problems whatsoever it’s also close to the airport which is a huge plus if you’re traveling.

The property was close by everything. I had a good time, the staff was nice, & made sure I was able to access everything. They made theirselves available 24/7. & if I had any issues they solved them immediately! Navi was a great host very nice and respectful!

Is close the Bush IAH & US59 for easy traveling. Cheapest hotel I could find. Was safe although it seemed suspicious. Friendly, helpful staff.
Property is being renovated while housing people on a longterm basis. Some seem very sketchy. Loud highway noise when out of room. Low level drugs/consensual services available. No food availability at all.

Loved the bed it was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and homey. There is always parking on the premises and enough of them to not have to search much for one. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
I enjoyed this stay. They offer coffee in the mornings and it was just right for the prices.

There trying to better the rooms little by little with new furniture and stuff so they get an A for effort.
My key didn't work and I had to go all the way back to the front desk twice and meaning my room was all the way in the back and they just finally switched me rooms.

I love checking in the guy at the desk at night time is hilarious and I love being in the office cuz the office is humongous and I love the coffee
The dryer stole my money and then they wouldn't pay me my money back everybody was blaming everybody else and I couldn't figure out who owned the dryers and who owned the washers and who I was supposed to go see to get my money back it was ridiculous I just wanted my money back like I put my money in there and it didn't work and I just wanted to get my money back also the washer didn't wash my clothes

The location, there was not much noise from outside.
The bathroom was not in good condition, the bed made a lot of noise, the refrigerator and the light did not work.

The shower was nice. The bed was comfortable.
There was balls of thick black hair in the shower. The floors were beyond noticeably filthy. The bed sheets and top blankets were dirty with sand and little rocks. There was no toilet paper no trash can anywhere in the room.
