Rooms were and are just as described in the pictures. Pool and rooms were very clean.

There was a strong smell like marihuana in the whole down level hallway and front desk, although it’s a non smoking hotel (just like any other hotel) the smell was very strong and awkward. Front desk guy at night shift was nice about it and said he would take care of it. Other than that, rooms clean, friendly staff, pool clean and rooms are just as described in pictures.

The room was large, and clean all the fixtures and appliances worked and looked nice. There is a 24-hour diner within walking distance, so if you're hungry late at night after a flight, you don't have to go far to find food. Being a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled nice and clean.

The TV service wasn't good and there was no way to connect my laptop to the TV. A bit noisy since it's by the airport but that wasn't really too much of a problem for me personally.

Fantastic value for money. Pool, hotel shuttle, breakfast. No fresh fruit at breakfast, but for 45$ a night I wasn't really expecting any. Room was perfect. Bed, air conditioning, bathroom. All equivalent to hotels charging 100$ a night. There isn't a pharmacy in the area really, the CVS is 2.5 miles away, so keep that in mind if prefer to buy additional toiletries when you arrive at hotels. Keep in mind Houston is huge and the airport far away, so this hotel isn't near the city at all. There is a cute 24hr restaurant in the parking lot.

The weights in the gym were pretty decent, but none of the cardio equipment worked. That was disappointing.

The location, it is close to the airport and it is a large room.

We made the check in about midnight only stayed one night because we had a flight to catch in the morning, but we couldn't rest because there were another guests in the pool drinking and talking so...so loud, laughing since 5am, nobody asked them to stay low o send them to their rooms. The AC was very noisy, it was impossible to have a rest night.

The ease of getting to the location. There was a 24-hour restaurant at the front of the property [thumbs up, especially when you are hungry. The airport shuttle was serviceable [have everyone in place before departing instead of waiting for slow arrivals - I am used to efficiency of time/travel from my time of service in the Air Force].

No major complaints.

On arrival at the airport, Unless the "free airport shuttle" is already dropping someone at the airport, you have to call the hotel to get them to dispatch the shuttle to pick you up. Calling the hotel cost me around $3 a minute, and they sometimes didn't answer. It would be better if the shuttles just came automatically like the other hotels' shuttles. The noise from overhead planes can be heard very loudly in the room, but that's to be expected.

"By Wyndham" is always my chose in US. This one is very close to the airport, so if you like planes there is a great show with the taking off planes. They have airport shuttle, but the first car is 6 am the same as breakfast, so I paid for room with breakfast and had to go hungry to the airport becuase the didn't let me take at least toast or yogurt.

Good location for overnight stay before next day flight. Reliable free shuttle service to and from the airport. Good to have a 24 hour breakfast place next door - hotel breakfast is very modest.

Breakfast was very modest. Lobby bar was not working during the week days (I was told it was open only on the weekends.

they only had towels for one in the room booked for 2. I called front desk and she told me to come down and get them. I told her that I don't work for the hotel, that the bartender had no customers in the bar, and I paid for a room for 2 people. The room should have been ready for 2 people. I did not go get the towels and she did not deliver them. I had to get them from housekeeping the next day.

Good and friendly staff. The bar is awesome. Relatively new equipment and comfortable beds.

It's dirty under beds. And the sheet was a bit overbleached. Staff should follow for stains on sheets cuz it just spoils the impression (even though it's just a bleach).
