the staff was nice but I have to say I’ve visited this establishment 5 times and 3 times has been in the last 2 months and Lori is GREAT and can do every job .. I’ve seen her fix my tv, outside picking up parking lot trash, making or correcting room exchanges or bookings and last delegating duties to room service crew! I can’t express if she’s not a manger or up for a big raise there’s something wrong

Location of site was awesome. Also, there's good coffee place around there. And access to pharmacies and shopping centers was easy ~ 3miles from there. The place was super clean and had no problems.

The parking spaces are a bit narrow.

Cleanliness. Convenient location just off the freeway.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean, had hand sanitizer packets. The tv remote was in a sealed plastic bag, although I didn't use it. Location was convenient. It was odd that there's no direct access from the street to the front lobby. I had to drive around to the back of the building and circle back to the front. The gym was very clean, had water and towels. The machines were in good working order. Social distancing reminders were every where.

The property was in a convenient & safe location. Our room was very clean & the beds were so comfortable.

I wish the bath tub would have been a little bit bigger. I am plus size so it was a little small for me. Totally a personal preference though. Lol.

It is convenient to Texas Children’s Hospital. Staff great

I had to call front desk because we were gone for about 2 hours and upon return, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse. This is a smoke free facility. Manager on duty did come up and smell the room. Stated as he got of the elevator that the smell was bad in the hallway. Had no other room to move us to, but did discount room price.

Staff on arrival was very rude. I had questions about the billing procedures and she kept interrupting me. Hopefully, I will not be double billed for my stay. I asked for my room to be cleaned two separate times and both times nothing was done. And the room temperature was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature and humidity level.

We did not try the breakfast. The service was good, if we needed anything we called the front desk they brought it right away. everything we needed was provided for us.

My husband and I did not like how there was no hot water. The shower was not as hot as we would like. It was not COLD but it was not as HOT as we wanted. that is the only thing we did not like. We also did not see any coffee being provided.

It’s always clean everytime I come and the staff is never nothing but an excellent stay .

The air conditioning could make noise here and there . But nothing I can’t sleep over .

Facility is cozy and clean. The ladies at front desk have a good vibe. Recommended

At night people were walking above my room. Next day fire alarm got activated early morning for 30 seconds.

There was a restaurant but they said it would be closed the night I stayed there because the person “ called in sick”. Not impressed with that excuse.
