Clean, quiet, close to my job

Breakfast was not free to all guests. You needed a voucher and I was told it wasn’t included in my rate, that I could pay a fee still to get breakfast. Seems weird that it wouldn’t be available to all guest like most hotels. I paid a fee to stay, not sure why the breakfast would be an additional charge. First time I had come across something like that.

The room

Housekeeping knocking on doors shortly after 8 am. Some desk personnel were rude when I asked why the water stopped. Her response "I just got here" For the price breakfast should be served free. The bar hours are irregular. Looked like someone got sick Christmas eve, so when I walked out Christmas morning it was there at 7. Should have been top priority before people woke up

The property was well taken care of the gym was super clean even the restroom next to the pool and the gym was super clean. The staff was very helpful and very courteous to make sure that we were comfortable.

We stayed in a double queen size room. The room was clean when arrived. Liked the nighttime lighting in the parking lot. I felt comfortable going in and out of the hotel after dark, safety-wise.

It took three phone calls to successfully notify the front desk that we would be a late arrival. Call one, the staff said they were with a guest, could they call back. They took my name and number but never returned the call. Call two, the staff asked if I could be placed on hold. Staff never returned to the call and I was disconnected. Call three, I did speak to a front staff personnel and notified them of my late arrival time. She asked for a specific time that I should be expected. The room was prepaid, so I thought that odd that she needed a specific time. Also, I requested an invoice for our stay to be emailed to me, even though the staff said they sent an email with the details when I was present at the front desk, oddly it was not in my email inbox when I arrived home.

1st room was not good: it smelled like weed. I loved that the front desk was very courteous and helpful. They immediately put us in a different room. The rooms were very cozy.

Not much negative to say. There was the issue with my first room but they immediately fixed that. I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but the facilities were amazing. So, no real negatives to say.

Loved the location- in the middle of a few of our favorite things. Property and room were clean. Check in/check out was easy and the front desk was friendly. Would stay again.

One of the elevators was broke during our stay but it wasn’t super busy so didn’t slow us down at all.

Location was by EVERYTHING !

The toilet ran every 5 mins which was super annoying. And the sink didn’t drain properly so i had to cut the water on and off while i brush my teeth / wash my face

The staff were kind and professional. The location was great.

Observed the rooms are cleaned only on demand. The same goes for the beddings.

I liked the location and how comfortable it was.

When they did the house keeping they they left the same bed sheets 😕. But then again it was ok because I was the same person staying there

The bed is comfortable and I love all the outlets you have to charge phones and other devices, the TV is nice as well.

I like the size of the room, would prefer the room have the couch instead of the small chair. I like having a sitting area.
