Hampton Inn and Suites Houston-Katy

On first day of the my trip the breakfast was really bad. We informed the desk and they tried to help. Next day the breakfast was excellent. We had l broken iron but the desk and stuff replaced it with better one very quickly. Management and stuff are really helpful.

Booking.com failed to deliver my message to the property. The message was about me being late to checkin. They didn't safe my room because they didn't get my message and they had to make another reservation. Due to that, next day, I had to contact Booking.com to cancel my existing reservation. They were helpful but eventually their cancellation enquiry to the proper didn't arrive to them. It was frustrating, however, the management of the property handled it. Also, it looks property has broken ventilation system in the bathroom, therefor it was quite humid always.

The location was very good for the purpose of my trip, though a bit far from non-fast-food dinner options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized refrigerator (and working freezer!). Mattress a little squishy for my taste, but I still slept fine. Nice, well-functioning guest laundry.

Room's a bit old and could use an upgrade, including the addition of USB ports. I would have liked a few more protein options for breakfast--the only eggs I saw were refrigerated microwaveable omelets--but the oatmeal was good.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! Both the day and night staff. The prices for the snacks were reasonably priced. Most everything was $2. It was quiet and not loud at all.

They didn't have enough pillows for our room. We were using the pull out couch for our girls and no extra pillows or blankets. Also, no big size towels for the pool. Also, our Saturday breakfast had hardly any protein. We had French Toast sticks, bacon that seemed to be microwave bacon, waffles. They did have small containers of yogurt and some oatmeal. No Apple Juice.

Don't like the idea this facility attempts to charge your credit card before you check in , especially if they attempt in the am after the 24 hour cancellation period has expired.The authorization of your card is supposed to be at arrival or after 6pm if you don't arrive on time.

i like the location, it was clean, staff was great at every moment; breakfast was good as well, it is my thirds stay at that hotel and I keep in thinking it is fine.

I had a luggage weight with me and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the room. while looking around I found a pair of sun glasses which means the room is not cleaned properly. ( plus the lost of my luggage weight)

The women that checked me in was amazing, they went above and beyond my expectations.

when we went down for breakfast the next morning it said omelettes which my daughter was looking forward to but they only had scrambled eggs. Next time we come out I would like to see more options then just scrambled eggs.

The location was where I needed to be. I was close to the restaurants and club that I wanted to go to. I was close to the shopping that I wanted to go to.

Booking.com does not have a way to cancel part of the stay without being charged the full price. I needed to cancel one day of my stay and was not allowed to have the charges removed.

I am staying here for Easter weekend, this place is super nice, we had an issue as soon as we came off the plane that our car rental place was closed. We spent an hour trying to figure out what to or who to speak with about that meanwhile I had forgotten we were to check in at 11 with the hotel, I called ahead of time and spoke to Brandon and let him know what happened at the airport in a panic. Brandon remained calmed and said it was fine just to check in when we got here. We got to the airport after finding a ride there about an hour and 1/2 after check in and he was very friendly and super helpful. Even I was in a panic and a mess from what happened at the airport he also offered to upgrade our room which was super nice after the time we had. Nothing with the rental was his fault but he made sure to at least make the rest of the night and stay here happy! The room was super cleaned and sanitized. The remote comes in a baggy with it labeled sanitized. Everything was clean ceilings, bed, bathroom. They do still offer breakfast in boxes but not the buffet. So Thankyou, but a huge shoutout to Brandon for making it an easy check in

That the pool isn’t open early, I had to wait until 8:30 for the hot tub

The staff was very friendly; they accommodated me and allowed me to check in early. The room was comfortable and the restroom was clean.

The room was not very updated, and the carpet was torn/wall stained in multiple areas. Did not affect my stay, but was not attractive to look at.

I was in the process of moving and this was the perfect location for me to stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Even though it's near 10, I could not hear any traffic.

The room decor could be updated. Also, other people staying at the hotel warned me about cars being broken into while they were staying there. This did not happen to me, but be aware to take all valuables with you.
