The Residency Suites

Managers were friendly and helpful. Room was super clean! Liked the flooring...no rugs!Surprisingly quiet. Heating & cooling worked well. We used the refrigerator and microwave regularly over our five night stay; both worked well.

One dresser drawer handle was detached from drawer. Room was missing reading lights on nightstands. The soap and shampoo provided were poor quality; neither lathered well.

the only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t any type of breakfast offered in the morning… no cereal no muffins or oatmeal only juice and coffees…. if they would if had some type of food out in the morning like it showed in the pics they would have got excellent across the board from me..

The space was comfortable, attractive, and clean. It was a good rate and the location was convenient.

This stop was the middle of a long trip and I had hoped to unload my car and rearrange for the next leg. The steep steps up to the first floor made it challenging to unload all my belongings. (I am grateful to have had a first floor room because a second floor room wouldn't have worked at all!) The refrigerator didn't seem to cool and then defrosted into a puddle that wet my laundry basket.

Everything was pleasant! I was super excited finding out that I could book 2 nights.Stayed here before& had been looking to book since.But couldn't remember the name.And the fact that the church event i was going to was 5 mins.I was even more the merrier.I tried booking this time , as I checked out.Because i wanted to hold my spot for next trip back to Houston.

Would like a better variety of breakfast.

It was conveniently located near the venue we needed to be close to. It was quiet. Staff was friendly

No hair dryer. One of the towels looked dirty, but I think it was stained. It was the one you use to step on when you get out of the shower.

Great place, comfy bed, loads of space, desk for some quick computer stuff, loads of sockets/charging stations, great sized TV, loved the shower, very kind welcoming front desk. Few good bbq places nearby for food.

No mood lighting/lamps, just the harsh big light.

It was conveniently located for food and the places we needed to go for business.

No bathtub to soak in after driving for 9+ hours, just a shower. And there were only 2 bath towels. My sister and I were sharing expenses and we both have very long hair and had to struggle to dry our hair.

Love how they leave the AC on for your check in. Comfy beds, nice staff and very quiet ~ I ended up extending my stay for 3 days from 1

No washer or dryer area Would be nice to have another ice machine - move vending into closed area so chocolate does not melt

Nice staff, hwy traffic wasn’t too noticeable, good visible parking, HOT showers, cold AC, surprisingly comfortable platform beds with memory foam and all for a great price! Also, seemed pretty clean and had big, walk in showers. Got a really good nights sleep there.

No complaints for the price, only stayed one night.

when I found the hotel in Google, it's been said that breakfast will be served. but it didn't. there were not enough shampoo and lotions in our room even for one day stay.
