The hotel.was updated, the staff made sure we understood everything and explained any questions we had, there was an ice machine on both the upper floors.

The 3rd floor seemed much hotter than the other floors. It also took a very long time for our room to cool down. I know it was 100 degrees outside but it should still be able to cool the room down.

The room was a great size. I think I really liked the bathroom mirror the most because it had a button on it that would light up the mirror like a vanity lol. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of things to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool wasn't clean. It was the perfect size for my kids so I know they would've loved it had it been clean.

the only thing that didn’t work for us, because we had our 2 grandsons, was that the pool was an outdoor pool and it was to cool to swim. so we found a place with an indoor pool and the staff here were so very understanding when we switched.

Breakfast was good. Very clean. Covid precautions (gloves/mask)was used by kitchen personnel. The hotel location was easy to find.

There was smoking in the the room ajoined with my room. I notified the receptionist and she took care that matter. I didn't have no more problems after that.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to eat for breakfast. Very clean and well lit. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Had a stigma about comfort but that has changed with this stay. Great size of room very comfortable and a really great value!!!

Room and other facilities were very good. Breakfast and dining area was better than average.

I booked a King Suite with Booking.com. Choice Suites Kingwood did not have a King Suite available. They said to take it up with the 3rd party, i.e., Booking.com. Not happy with Booking.com.

Clean and updated room.

Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning. it had a musty smell when walking down hallway. Top bed mattress hasn’t been flipped probably since first put in room. Large sagging spot in mattress next to nightstand. Please periodically flip and spin mattresses for maximum comfort.

The beds were nice and soft, the room was clean and staff was friendly. Everything was nice and quiet. The breakfast was COVID safe, so minimal but good. I would recommend this place.

They have tags in the rooms that I have never seen telling you that if any of their stuff is missing u will be charged. I was a bit taken back by that, they have very nice towels and pillows etc so i guess people help themselves too much. But i have no complaints it was what i needed after a long day. Also, no hdmi ports for your little gamers.

We were pleased with the hotel, however, I was not pleased with the noise. I realize it was on a busy Interstate but it kept me awake because I am very sensitive to noise. When I realized I could turn up the fan on the air conditioner it cut down on the noise considerably. Other than that, the staff was great and so was the hotel. We enjoy confort Sutites.

The check in was easy,beds were very comfortable. The room had a lot of space for our family vacation. The kids were very satisfied to still have their space even away from home. The weather was great for our stay and we were able to also enjoy the pool area.
