Staybridge Suites - Houston IAH Airport East, an IHG Hotel

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, literally except one thing. The only reason why this isn’t #1 on my list is because of the bathtub being dirty upon my arrival and check in. I actually don’t even know if it was dirty or really badly stained, but I do know it was gross to look at. Other than that, the staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room in its entirety was a perfect 10/10.

Having previously had a good experience with Staybridge Suites, we chose this hotel for an overnight stay between flights. We got the same large, well-planned out room, with a full kitchen and separate dressing area. The Dove bathroom amenities were appreciated. Unfortunately, due to an early flight, we didn't get to partake of the included breakfast, however we did make use of the gym for a chest/shoulder/tri workout. There was a Jack in the Box nearby, and a wonderful Taco bus that was parked up outside the petrol station (highly recommend). We ate this takeaway meal in the gazebo/garden/pool area of the hotel.

From the time of calling the hotel, we waited 50min for the airport shuttle to arrive to pick us up from the airport. Given the proximity of the hotel to the airport, we're not sure why it took this long.

Travelling with family for few days before flying to Dublin. Everyone was so helpful, with picking us up, dropping off for rental car pickup and finally dropping as back to airport for our flight out. The included breakfast help start the day and light snacks at night to help us stay topped up. Complimentary washer dryer was a nice bonus. Everything and everyone was great especially when travelling with kids being sometimes very stressful

The host breakfast lady is extra nice. She went above and beyond trying to make sure our family had everything we needed even though it was only 15 minutes left for breakfast.

One lady at the front desk assumed I was with the black family in front of me even though I didn't walk in with them and I was standing within 6ft of them so she looked around me and started helping the white lady that was behind me instead of asking was I with them

everything it’s really secure there is security all nite making sure the parking lot is secure the lobby the waiting areas the pool they even have a little dog area for your pets breakfast was great and all the staff was really nice and respectful and helpful it was our first time I. Huston and we love it they help us with directions and recommendations we have to come back

From calling over the phone before arrival date to arriving. All the calls and conversation was so professionally, friendly and lovely. The staffs were super sweet. The entire place is super clean. The breakfast bar foot were very good surprisingly. We enjoyed our stay.

The Kitchen needs to have garbage cans and bags. That’s all.

The entire room was equipped with everything we needed from the bathroom to the kitchen. The layout was perfect for our family.

We had to take our dirty towels downstairs to trade them in for fresh ones. But this is my only complaint.

Big room and very comfortable bed. Shower pressure is great. Breakfast was tasty with good choices. It is very close to the airport but room are very quiet so perfect for a good night of sleep before flying. Staff was very friendly You also get a shuttle bus taking you to the airport.

They have a social get together for guests on Tuesday evenings. Drinks, including beer and wine served. Our night was Taco Tuesday, tacos with rice and beans. Friendly staff. Allowed a late check out After jet lag. Very convenient to IAH. Shuttle pickup available promptly, but must call first.
