Days Inn by Wyndham Humble/Houston Intercontinental Airport

The staff was excellent and very attentive! . Very informative and courteous!

The air-conditioning was not working properly and it was making a loud noise. It needs to replaced it's shoving hot air!! I believe the other problem was the family's or people that took over the entire patio area we couldn't enjoy a seat because those people literally took over the entire place and they were disgustingly dirty people!! The kid's dirty the walls on the stairs and on the side of our room!! Your walls were barely painted but they were so inattentive of the 13 kid's they had?! Between The families!

Clean, bed comfortable, large room, Shower was hot and strong, AC excellent, airport shuttle was great. Staff was good. Good lightening.

Wash basin was just a trickle of water, TV was right wing politically and channel selection was dreadful. No CNN, MSNBC, CNBC or other more progressive channels. Breakfast was very sparse and coffee was terrible. Water was $1 for small bottle. The mall nearby was dead.

In the details it says that breakfast is included, and qhen we got there they said it wasnt included due to COVID. I think if I have known this I would have chosen a different hotel (and actually will chose another one once I return as connection flight soon). It just surprises me that they say is because of Covid and we got to the mall and no one’s wearing facemasks so it doesnt make sense to me… I guess it’s because the hotel wants to save on this? either way they should have this clearly written on the description.

The room was recently remodeled, and was very spacious. I had a room that was a bit away from the parking are, so was quite quiet. The shuttle from the airport can be arranged at any time. Good value for money.

Originally I got checked into a room that somebody else was already in! Luckily they didn't notice me barge in on them, and it was very quickly resolved with a room change.

Staff was great, the rest is adequate for what you pay and what you can expect(one night for transit).

Shuttle bus. It was not by hotel but a supplier contracted by hotel. The staff has been very helpful so I don't blame at all for hotel but it's hard to keep communicating if you are a tourist or don't have tel number there, and don't speak English.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The 2-bedroom king suite contained a mini kitchen with a 2-burner top you could cook on. The staff were friendly. I was close to food and shopping. The airplanes passed right in front of my room, which I enjoyed.

Days Inn doesn't have an elevator, but again, I didn't complain. It's only 2-stories.

Although hotel is located in a busy commercial area, it is isolated and there is a storage yard containing building supplies directly in front of the building. One cannot access any of the commercial stores without having to cross an extremely traffic filled street.

Quick, friendly check in. Room very clean and comfortable, well equipped with kitchenette/microwave and coffee maker. Great 24hr airport shuttle service. Overall one of the better options of IAH airport hotels in this price range. Great value at around $57 a night.

Room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

The room was very nicely done, comfortable bed and bedding and a very large big screen tv. Also had a nice sitting area complete with couch and coffee table. A larger room than most similarly priced.

I didn't appreciate that the lobby is closed and I had to stand outside in the Texas heat in order to register. Also booked the room for 2 adults and only 2 very thin bath towels in the room. I have very long hair and use 1 towel to wrap my hair and another to dry off with, as most woman do, but after requesting more towels they were never brought so my husband had to use my used towels which were already damp.
