Hampton Inn Houston/Humble-Airport Area

Two very accommodating staffers (Qwin & Cortney??) went well beyond their jobs to help me get distilled water for my CPAP (Cortney???) and to set me up for 3:30 am airport transportation (Qwin) and to help me locate dinner and guide me as I was walking in the heat (Qwin). She was following up if I did not return promptly because of the heat.

I did not have cell phone connectivity but was too tired to deal with it. Also, I was not informed in advance of the extra cost to get to the airport at 3:3- to 4:00 am but it was shared costs and mine was $50, a reasonable cost.

Easy to find off the highway. Extremely clean room and amenities. The beds were so comfortable. I used the laundry to wash my son’s basketball uniform and the laundry room was even spotless. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and obvious care that was take at this hotel.

Breakfast ended too early on Saturday morning. It ends at 10, we got there at 9:30. All the food was practically gone and nothing was restocked.

Breakfast was good, that is what I like about Hampton hotels.

When me and my coworker came back to our room the we noticed a tiny bolt I stepped on, I just picked up and put it in the restroom, so At the time of the check out when I tried to open the door I found myself with the door handle in my hand, so I went to the front desk and informed the lady about it, and she looked at me like “what did you do? “ I explained to her and we leave. It was kind of embarrassing.

Clean and neat

We checked in at Thursday 5pm walking in the kitchen area the lights were off to the left of the lobby and no one at the front desk…. We yelled out after waiting 5 minutes… then I called the main hotel phone number and it rang and rang till a older gentleman came outdo the utility room on the right of the lobby by the way I stood in that direction to yell “hello “ … so that’s the only issue

The property was close to the airport. we had an early flight, so this was a high priority for us.

It was not the best neighborhood, so we were worried about our vehicle. However, we did not have any trouble.

Dominique provided amazing customer service throughout our entire stay. She was very nice, patient, and quickly resolved any issues we had. It was already a very difficult and stressful time because we were displaced due to hurricane Ida. Dominique and the rest of the staff helped to remove some of the stress from the situation.

Location was great. Front desk and cleaning staff were great and patient with everyone.

Lack of security on the grounds. Great breakfast selection but due to hurricane influx of guests, the supply could not keep up with the demand. More personnel was needed to replenish the lack of food.

Clean be comfortable

No indoor pool and there should be a way to connect streaming services for tv. I also didn’t like how loud the traffic was

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Locks on doors to the lobby.

No box fans available for courtesy. It is so quite with so much excess noise from all corners of the room. Hard to get a decent night sleep. Air conditioning fan alone will not drown out the noise.

The staff is very accommodating and offered superior customer service. The location is ideal with easy access to 59N, Deerbrook Mall/AMC, Restaurants galore, and other specialty shops.
