Holiday Inn Houston NE-Bush Airport Area, an IHG Hotel

Close to the airport and shuttle provided. Rooms were large and clean and staff pleasant. Cost of the room compared to other airport hotels was good. Late checkout was available for free to join rewards members.

Not easy to call the hotel to arrange the shuttle, UK mobile charges are expensive. I don't know why they don't have a fixed pick up point and a rolling shuttle to/from the hotel. The hotel takes a transaction pending $50 security deposit against your card. It two 2 weeks to release that which is excessive.

I liked the beds, they were very comfy. The toiletries was a need and the coffee maker an added bonus. The size of the room was just what we needed. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a blessing.

The curtains didn't close properly. I like a dark room to sleep in. The aircon was very loud. I had to take my luggage to my room by myself, with no assistance. No vending machines on the floor , and the restaurant downstairs served warm cooldrink.

Breakfast didn't start until I had already left. The location is convenient to the airport but there aren't any restaurants nearby

Contacted property about airport shuttle but got no reply. Had to use Uber for pickup. Nothing about shuttle on Booking site and Holiday Inn site said where was no shuttle service. But, when I checked in there was a sign at the desk about shuttle service. I was able to use it to go to the airport

the property was very clean, and decorated beautifully. the pictures look just like the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating! We had to leave our Airbnb at 11am and check in wasn’t until 3pm but they accommodated us with an early check-In at no cost. The location was perfect in terms of being close to the airport we could literally see the airport from the hotel.

All we needed. Nice bed, superb AC, Clean and Restaurant inside. Friendly staff and super clean!

Breakfast could start earlier, or at least have a 24 H coffee station for those who check out early in the morning. Free shutle buss could have a better frequency, and start earlier, we weren't able to use it.

The outstanding of Customer Service of Eddie Haider, was an excellent host, he do more that we have expected in many ways, food, service and attention to us, service for cleaning of the room. He has an outstanding skills for managerial the customer service to us and all the clients in the hotel.

Not announcing about the swimming pool was closed previously!!

The hotel was very clean the staff especially the general manager was awesome.

Housekeeping was the only issue. You had to request for them to clean your rooms due to covid. Which is understandable, however they didn’t come for days we ran out of towels tissue. But once I talked with the front desk staff the general manager himself walked up all the essentials we needed and made sure housekeeping came the next day so I was ok with that.

staff was very helpful, went above and beyond for an airport pickup even though it was outside of schedule.

EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL

I REPORTED TO THE FRONT DESK PERSON THAT THE BATHROOM SINKS DID NOT DRAIN RIGHT THE WATER WOULD HOLD IN THE SINK UNTIL WE TURNED IT OFF AND THEN IT WOULD DRAIN SLOWLY OUR ROOMS WERE NUMBER 210 AD 228, I MEANT TO TELL THEM BEFORE WE LEFT BUT WE GOT SO BUSY WITH CHURCH CONVENTION, BUT TOLD HER THE DAY WE CHECKED OUT SO THEY WOULD MAKE SURE THE NEXT CUSTOMERS WOULDNT HAVE PROBLEMS.

After 15 days we stayed in the structure again. I can confirm everything i say in my previous stop, nice and kind staff. This time i tried also the restaurant that is good for eat and drink something. Near the airport and with a personal car is also better.
