Americas Best Value Inn Midlothian

Staff very nice. Quiet. Located just far enough off the highway. Walmart and restaurants, gas close. Midlothian is a lovely town, undergoing renovations in the neighborhoods close to downtown. Very quaint/upscale at the same time.

Was comparing it to the America's Best in my town, and this was an older motel and I did not expect that. Smoking rooms, so smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn stains in comforter and on tub. Would never have paid full price for this, but through Booking.com, I paid what the stay was worth. All in all, was pleased with price/value ratio, and staff very nice and friendly, rooms clean with a few flaws but functional. A very quiet stay even though the motel was full.

The wifi was good. The TV worked fine and had movie channels. The room was clean. The bathroom had lots of new soaps and shampoos and creams. The stairs to the second floor were manageable. Police patrol the area and are very visible.

Not enough parking. We parked half on the grass. The bed made a loud metal sound on my husband's side. Some of the hotel customers were messy and threw used teeth cleaning stuff all over the balcony ledge outside our room. I think the police knocked on a nearby door in the middle of the night. I was too asleep to know more. Traffic noise.

This stopover was close to the city and highway. I was really glad for fridge and microwave and Starbucks across the street for something beyond a wrapped pastry. Clean, hot water bath, shower and heater and air all fine. After a little mixup with a room, the staff quickly solved and a very friendly call to check the room was ok.

It served our needs but showing wear and glad heat worked since blanket was thin.

I like the fact that the staff is always attentive and tries to meet all your needs and specifications. Rooms are always clean. Not to mention that you get a free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that I only got to stay one night. I always have a relaxing and good time when I stay at America's Best Value Inn in Midlothian Texas. I would recommend it to anybody.

I was moving from out of state and was pulled over because my vehicle was leaking gas. The officer escorted me to this nearby motel. I was a single mother traveling nearly 1,000 miles to my new home which was still 3 hours away. I had a car full of cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and plants, plus myself am I daughter. The staff here not only welcomed us and helped me by assisting with housing us and the rest of our furry family, they also suggested a mechanic who came and fixed my car on site for a very reasonable cost. As this was an unexpected expense, they also helped with giving me reasonable rates as we were stranded there for nearly 3 days, even as they were completely booked up for the weekend. The neighbor residents were there to provide comfort, kindness, and assistance, as well! If you are ever in a jam, these are the people that you want to be surrounded by. I am eternally grateful to the staff, mechanic, and our neighboring couple, who helped us through this emergency. Thank you!!

it was right off highway, next to Walmart and Starbucks and several eating facilities

the door wouldn’t shut unless slammed and missing a lock. other than that everything else was great

convenient to town

it appears people are living at motel and are of questionable character. they stay up late and stand with their door open smoking and talking to each other most all night.

I like the fact that the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. And that they have a pool. And how clean the rooms really are..

I didn't like the fact That my stay was so short.

The front desk staff Melissa (maybe wrong name) was really helpful and I had to buy a little gift for her as she is a sooooo wonderful lady 👍👍👍The cleaning lady was very friendly too and hope I will come back 😍😍😍
