Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston/Webster/Nasa/Clearlake

Love this place! We stayed here to visit the NASA JSC for a couple of days. This Microtel Inn & Suites location is perfect! It is across the street from the JSC, so I did not have to deal with traffic. Within walking distance to all sorts of yummy restaurants. We arrived during a winter storm, but as soon as we entered the lobby, the atmosphere was so nice, warm, cozy and inviting. The room was perfect for us! Ample and clean room, perfect temperature, comfortable bed, TV with cable, coffee maker in room, and complimentary breakfast with fresh, hot coffee 24-hours a day in the lobby.

Loved it! I am bookmarking this hotel for my future visits.

For the Space centre you could walk it from the hotel , but pointless as they charge you anyway 5 bucks for parking, It is not a Hilton but the staff were very friendly, a few restaurants you can walk to if needed and many more within ten mins of driving. We paid 55 bucks and that is good value compared to what we had at same price in San Marco.,

Nothing to make me not return if next time it is around the same price.If it is just to sleep in a clean room , have a basic free breakfast included of juice coffee cereal and.toast. then you could do on here. Worth a visit if it's a location that works for you.

Well first I like the fact they have secured doors. One must have a key to enter after hours. The bed sheets were so soft and comfortable ! they have continental breakfast. The hotel room had everything I needed for work and leisure at the same time and it came with a bathtub as listed in description. Other hotels have shower only rooms. Staff was very friendly ! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to any workers or travelers. If you are visiting, Space Center Houston is right across the street along with other restaurants. Nassau Bay is a bird sanctuary

I liked everything. They do not have balconies for the rooms so if you are a smoker you need to go outside through the back door to smoke.

Not really luxurious but excellent value for money. Good location to visit colleagues from NASA. Not much choice for breakfast, but it was suitable for my taste.

Coming from Europe, I found it a bit odd to have the air conditioning and the ice cube machines operating full speed in February: not so eco-friendly and rather noisy...

Nice Location, 15-20 min. Drive to Kemah Boardwalk. Directly near the Nasa Space Museum and 40 miles to the Beaches of the Golf of Mexico. Very fair Price, nice staff.

Breakfast, compared to european standard, is pretty bad. Better buy at HEB or any other store and make it your own. Rooms could be more clean, but were still okay. Smoking people inside the pool was kind of dusgusting, did not use it at all.

We liked that we were welcomed and accommodated by staff guy name Lloyd. We liked the room and the bed was comfortable. This is our second time at this hotel and it's across the street from NASA. It's walking distance to restaurants and pharmacy stores.

The room was clean, the microwave was slightly dirty and we wiped it down. The breakfast was okay, just wish we could have had eggs.

Like any hotel that you choose and pay a lot less per day you will get what you paid for. The room was good a good size, it was only me. There was a couch a small sink, cabinets and fridge. There was also a window pillow...kind of like a bed. The bed was not super plush but it worked and there were a few small stains on the sheets...I will never understand the whole drench the sheets in bleach thing with hotels and their sheets. For the most part I used it till my apartment was available and it worked fine it was close to work so no inconvenience. It didn't smell bad, there were clean towels and it was for sure very quiet at night perfect for sleeping. I will get it again if necessary but for the most part I was good with it.

breakfast could be better. you cannot eat waffels all the week.

breeakfast and automatic machine to provide water/coke / something else and some food/snak during the night that was not present. the only one didnt have water and was poor of products

Nice neighborhood, close to eateries

Stayed on 1st floor the 1st two nights, didn't like foot traffic by window had to keep curtains closed. But moved to the 3rd floor the rest of the 5 nights, which was a lot more pleasant.

The location was great, not too far from the beach, good places to eat and visit! The breakfast was great, basic, but with different options to choose! Staff and cleaning ladies were awesome!

When we set up the sofa, it had cheese crumbs, on the mattress, and underneath, but we understand the cleaning ladies don't have time to pull it and clean the mattress, they do a lot a job during the day!
