Devin was great and very friendly. We originally booked the room as a little couple get away for the night. Online made it seem like the room I booked had a huge jet tub. Upon arrival, it didnt but he did let us upgrade to one that did for an extra $25. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The jet bath was pretty cool. The room did however have a bad smell that wouldn't go away. My fiance said it smelled like trash. Not sure that it was all worth $115 though. Was pretty disappointed about breakfast though. Store bought donuts.

Appreciated the key for secure entry. The snacks available in the lobby area were nice.The towel origami was a pleasant addition in the room. The ceiling fan helped to circulate the air in the room. The environment was clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Our arrival was delayed by a traffic accident, we called and spoke with desk person who said the room would be held for us and encouraged us to drive safely. Thank you.

Everything was good. Maybe could have a scan system for checkout when the room keys are being turned and the desk is closed (to record turn in time..).?

Property and amenities were exactly as described online. Suma and Deven were amazing. Any needs we had were promptly taken care of in a very professional manner. Incredible hospitality!

Hot breakfast would be a nice addition, but the continental breakfast options were adequate.

Soma at the front desk was AWESOME!!! Very helpful and professiona,l, yet friendly and warm. Kudos to whoever hired her!!!:. Hire more people like her!👍👌👏

This was not necessarily the fault of the hotel but I think the communication between bookings.com and Days Inn was really sloppy. At least in.my case it was --- twice!! Next time I'm going to take Soma's advice and book directly with the hotel.👍

The friendly and helpful staff… got us a room downstairs because my Father couldn’t climb stairs… the property was very clean and all the outside lights in parking lots were working… we were leaving before breakfast and couple asked if they could pack us a snack bag to take with us to the hospital…

The location was great. It is close he tons of restaurants and stores. The front desk staff member was very kind!

The room was nice for the price but I am used to staying at a little nicer hotels. The shower had stains on the floor but other than that it was clean. The outside sidewalk by our room was covered in ants and they were making trails leading into the door.

Bethany(?) was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She and Devan helped accommodate us so well after having just had a baby and being released from the hospital. Booked last minute because baby had to stay in hospital for treatment. The accessible room with handle bars on first floor was absolutely perfect for my needs. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Some upgrades like bedding, color scheme, mattress and amenities like mini fridge were very nice. Other things about the property/room make it appear dingy or rough such as scratched paint, bad caulking, repairs with mismatched paint, little small cosmetic things that aren’t a big deal but just kind of bring down the appeal of the room. Just needs a little extra TLC but overall, nice.

The room was up to date. You could still see some places that need repair despite the recent make over. The staff member who checked me in was very polite and went over everything clearly. The bed was sooo comfortable.

The jetted tub is meant for someone who is skinny. I also was not able to get the drain to work so that further eliminated the use of the tub. The jetted tub was the whole reason for staying there.

The location was right off the road. The room was a good size with jetted tubs. Friendly staff and clean rooms with indoor pool.

Everything was great. There was nothing to complain about. The staff is great

The value was very nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Entering into the room, the door was very hard to open. This location appeared from the outside to be a motel instead of a hotel. Very small unit, and the jacuzzi tub in the pictures are deceiving. It's a very regular size tub with jacuzzi jets in them.
