Super 8 by Wyndham Houston/NASA/Webster Area

We did like our stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Houston/NASA/Webster Area. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We did not have any disruptions by other guests. Also, when we needed tickets to be printed, the staff was super helpful and completed our request. We liked the floor of the rooms since it was not carpet. We think carpets in hotel rooms are not very hygienic so we were very pleased. We also liked the personal touch with our name on the board upon check-in.

The breakfast selection could have been better, it was limited. But this is coming from someone who loves intercontinental breakfast so that might just be me!

I was very pleased that the location of the motel was extremely close to Nasa which was my purpose for staying and visiting this area. The parking lot was extremely well lit and the neighborhood is flanked by good quality residential units therefore I felt very safe. Local amenities such as gas stations restaurants and other businesses are very close by for any needs a traveler could acquire. The decor of the room had been updated and definitely was much more attractive than the exterior of the motel which was a nice surprise!

The exterior of the property was disappointing upon initial arrival. Front parking lot needs to be recoated and the exterior of the building needs some maintenance and repaint. As a solo female traveler my first reaction to the motel was that possibly I may not want to stay there . There was not an elevator available to access my second floor room of which I did not have prior knowledge of. The square shaped pillows on the bed were abundant but I found each one of them to be exceptionally lumpy.I appreciated that there was some sort of a continental breakfast but the "breakfast biscuits" were tiny hotdogs in a bun and dry. Of the two juice beverage choices one did not work. The morning breakfast needs to have an upgrade in it's choices of food such as offering fresh or pre-packaged fruit.

We were/are looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in Clear Lake/NASA on a regular basis. We are retiring and can't travel around if our entire weekend budget is being spent on lodging. My #1 concern with an inexpensive room was cleanliness and safety. Lots of fancy extras are not what we are looking for - we're not spending a lot of time in our room. Again - CLEAN and SAFE are what we need for this type of travel. We were VERY nervous! And then, we were so pleasantly surprised! Staff was very helpful, room was super clean, hard surface floors, so much better than carpet. Very, Very please - we will go back, for sure!

Could have used an extra blanket that's all. Very pleased!

Room is clean and comfortable, not perfect but great for the price. Bed was comfortable and the place looked exactly like the Waldorf Astoria with the lights off. I travel to quite a few concerts at Scout Bar that is right around the corner and always stay here. Lots of great places to eat in the area, too.

Breakfast was nearly non-existent but for the price and convenience this is still a great place to stay. A true amateur caulked the bathroom and shower but they tried, bless their heart. lol

It is very close to the NASA space center. If you are going there, it is in a great location. The room is quite good and the bed is comfy. It was a perfect stay for our 1-day NASA visit. The stuff was friendly and let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were at NASA.

It's not the hotel's fault, but you should definitely rent a car to go there as there's no public transport to get there and you will need to pay uber to get there and to the space center. The breakfast has very limited options.

Location was perfect for going to see the space center, also wasn't difficult to reach. Room was very big, furniture was new, room was very clean. Bed was really comfy. Free parking inside the hotel parking lot.

Air conditioning was so noisy! Waked us up repeatedly during the night when it turned on, it sounded like an airplane engine, no kidding. It was a pity, everything else in this hotel was so nice.

I loved the proximity to the Space Center. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They had a good breakfast.

The only complaint I had was that the plug und wouldn't hold my devices well. They would fall out easily. That only became a problem when my cpapd became unplugged in the middle of the night and my phone wasn't charged in the morning after being plugged in. I just pushed things against the plug to keep it plugged in.

Although the facility is older, it is well maintained. On short notice, I needed a place to stay while traveling for work. The price was great. The reception desk was extremely friendly. The room was very clean (laminate floors help). The bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was quite fast.

The water in the shower could have been a bit hotter. However, I may not have found the correct setting.

Was Great. My check in was great. I just checked out at 11: 30 or so. The young lady at the front needs training in customer service. I found her to be a little in feeling. She seemed unhappy or just wanting to be there this morning. I ask for a receipt she got a little smart with me saying I didn't ask for 1. ANYWAY. I enjoyed my stay thank you

location was perfect for our visit with family. Located well for dining and fuel service and access to the bay area. Adequate parking on the property which is surrounded with the scenic palms. The staff was most accommodating to our needs and always available to answer questions and care for our needs. We will definitely consider future stays when we visit again in this area of our great state.
