The bathrooms were clean and there was a daily complimentary cleaning service despite our multi night stay. It was optional, and we opted out for the sake of simplicity, but the room was cleaned with fresh towels on the second night anyway! The staff was also super friendly!

The breakfast was quite lackluster, but it was free so I dare not complain. I definitely partook in the breakfast daily, I just had to add some salt to give it the pep it was needing. Pack your own snack because the ones in the lobby were atrociously expensive.

This booking location was excellent!! The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! The rooms were spectacular with the lotions, soaps, shampoo/conditioner,& body wash in the bathroom!! I loved that!! Breakfast was on point!! Hot and ready to be served!! The employees were amazing. Eric, Max, Kitty, and a few others were very friendly and helped as much as I asked for my family.

To be honest, there wasn’t anything that I could say was wrong. The only thing I could suggest is maybe certain rooms (and this could be done already, I’m not sure) have a microwave in it so that it wouldn’t be inconvenient for the children to be in the lobby if they get hungry in the night. Everything else was perfect and the service!

The room was very clean and just the right amenities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and good. There was plenty of places to eat very near by and the location was quite and there wasn't a bunch of outside noise.

The breakfast was the same for the 2 days we were there, it would have been nice for it to be different choice on each day, or at least every other day. The food was good and hot and there was plenty of placed to sit and eat breakfast.

very spacious and clean rooms. the hotel is very conveniently located for visiting the space center. there are also many shops and restaurants nearby.

breakfast goes from 6 to 9, especially on weekends they should extend the time to 10. the variety of breakfast food could be improved as well.

The staff, room and hotel itself was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed being able to hang out in the common area.

Pancake machine was a disaster. Older technology was better than the new technology. The modern machine malfunctioned our whole stay. When it did work it was extremely slow and guests had to wait 10 minutes to get pancakes.

Very very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Miss Kitty who was the breakfast person kept the area well stocked and very clean! She also had a wonderful smile that she shared with everyone. Sure started my day off right.

Check in was quick and easy. Lobby was VERY clean. They had free coffee/hot water which was nice. Foosball tables and boardgames for people to use. Elevator clean. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Pillows soft and thin. TV was large and clear. The new soap and shampoo bottles were pretty cool. Check out was very easy. Very nice area. Next to Costco and another hotel. Close to highway, but you cannot hear. Lots of restaurants in area. Seems like a very up and coming new neighborhood.

You can hear people walking above you, and more of a problem if they have kids. The pillows were thin if that bothers you. The breakfast selection was very bad. Bagel. Yogurt. Breakfast bar. Apple. Juices. That was it, but that was due to covid. Lots of restaurants in area if you want more.

Location was excellent. Rooms very clean & modern w/large TV & slide out computer desk.. Quiet area yet easy access to freeway. Walking distance to a huge outlet mall, Costco around the corner. Staff was outstanding & the free morning breakfast layout in the lobby was convenient. 10+ stars!!

Room is clean and spacious, hotel facilities are well maintained, it looks new to me in any way. Most impressive thing is bed and pillows, really comfortable and I even wanted to know what brand the mattress is, wanna have one in my home
