Staybridge Suites Houston-NASA Clear Lake, an IHG Hotel

The pool was a good size, but the water was cold in the evening. My daughter and her friends still had a good time. Staff was very friendly.

The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay. My party ended up being less than expected, but I kept the room size for comfort. The rooms, especially the kitchenette looked worn. The entry way in the hotel and lobby were nice, but there was nothing fancy about our rooms. My keycards erased and although we were locked out for a few minutes it happened right as we were checking in and had to use the ladies room.

The staff was very helpful and nice. We came for my son's 13th birthday. Got a double room suite. The boys loved it! They have a great lobby area where they watched the game, the outside area is just beautiful at night, so they got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. They have a theater room, but that would have required sitting in one place, so that was a no. But, man, the staff was awesome, even when they had to tell us about a noise complaint...they were really really nice about it. Great customer service, and great amenities. And nothing better than the free breakfast in the morning. I also chose this hotel for the kitchen. That is such a plus. They have dishes and glasses, but no utensils for eating, a stove with a big and small eye and a full refrigerator. So this all just worked out great. This room was absolutely perfect for what we were doing. My son had an epic sleepover! So it was well worth the money. And beds are comfy. Great for a family, or girls trip. There's room to spread out.

We stayed in room 333 and the only thing I can honestly say was not a plus was the air conditioning unit. Its like in the room, so when it clicks on...it is loud, like turn the TV up, I hear it in my dreams loud.

This property is amazing. I have stayed here multiple times and love it. It is beautiful, clean, amazing staff, excellent breakfast bar, gorgeous pool and hot tub, a MOVIE ROOM, and can I say again how clean it is!!!

There is not one single thing not to like about this property! I love it snd I will be back. Thank you for being way above the expected standards. You are an eleven in my book!!!

Our family really liked the how comfortable the staff made us feel, they were all very nice and helpful! We especially loved the movie room, and full kitchen for cooking.

There weren't enough chairs and umbrellas available at the pool, or towels..

I put in the notes that I want two queen bed rooms, preferred to be together. however, when I arrive, they said booking.com did not pass the request and I got two king bed rooms. However, they were nice enough to upgrade one of the rooms to a suit. I wish booking.com had passed my request,

Everything was great, the location, the breakfast, the room. It worked out great for me and my family and will be staying at staybridge again in the future.

Its a little dated but thats ok. Just a few things need to be updated like the bar stools. Other than that no complaints.

The Cozy, Friendly, atmosphere is a relaxing place to bring the family to chill by the pool, swim, and grill. Our families go to hot.

The pool isn't heated as much as we'd like but on a hot day it feels good.

Perfect place for an extended stay. Close to shopping, dining and NASA. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom and shower. This will be our go to place when visiting our family in Houston.

The room was clean. All facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was excellent!

The flapper in the toilet was broken, however, I did not tell the front desk, so absolutely not their fault.

The location was amazing and near a bunch of attractions, the hotel staff and hotel overall were way beyond my expectations, the room was huge and super comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and housekeeping went above and beyond to stay clean.
