The room was clean and spacious. We have two sons so the space makes a big difference when traveling. The pool was clean, crystal clear and the surrounding area as well. The lady in the office was wonderful not only professional but so personable. She was extremely nice to all of us and was very sweet to our two sons. She even stopped what she was doing just to say hi to our youngest son and that made his day for an adult to be interested in what he had to say. Anna is a keeper you guys hit the jackpot with her!!!! we will recommend this place and we will return.

The room is spacious like an apartment with a sofa and a tea table and a reading desk. A fridge and a microwave satisfy my needs to store and heat leftover food. Fast checking and helpful staff. Restaurants are around.

Breakfast is a bit simple. The front desk lady was quite helpful to offer a quick check-in but she did not check my ID--may be a security overlook.

When I drove onto the property it looked nice and clean it’s still need some exterior renewing done to it. I think more attention to the entranceway would make it more appealing. I don’t judge a book by its cover. When I entered the foyer the check-in everything was very clean very organized staff was extremely pleasant breakfast area was nice check in was very friendly and easy, I had a few room requests which they gladly took care of. When I got to my room the first thing I noticed was that it was updated and very clean I was a little taken back I wasn’t expecting it to be that updated and that clean. I even pulled out my blue light and run it over the bathroom it was clean no glowing yellow. The next morning went to breakfast they had a good assortment of things waffles hot potatoes sausage juices etc. breakfast area was also very clean well-kept a good number of things to choose from that I wasn’t expecting. Morning staff was very pleasant wanted to know if they could do anything for me. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.

There was nothing that I did not like. only thing would be to suggest some improvements for entering into the parking lot, maybe putting some shrubbery around the parking lot that’s about it.

Breakfast was great. Gransons' loved the waffles made into the shape of Texas. The staff was highly attentive to the food and to guests. The clerk was very friendly at check in and check out. The air conditioner worked well and quietly.

A room with two queen beds should have four towels. The only entrance into the motel is from the frontage road, so it takes extra miles each time you leave the hotel. There is not much the motel can do to alleviate that problem.

Very quiet and comfortable, nice breakfast.

Aggie game night pricing - expensive for this type of hotel but in any other night, their rates would be more reasonable. At least it was cheaper than staying in College Station, which was why I chose it.

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. I was really pleased with the eggs/sausage/potatoes, and the orange juice was excellent. Anna, the manager is a very friendly, polite, and helpful person. I was very happy that I chose Best Western Navasota.

The bathroom size was very impressive. Considering the size of the bathroom, the shower was a bit small. The rest of the room was a decent size. Over all it was a comfortable room.

After seeing the size of the bathroom, I expected for the bathroom to be a bit bigger. It was regular size and due to the bulky curtain, it can seem a bit small.

The staff at the hotel (Violet) was very nice and accommodating. She did all within her power to meet our needs and make our stay great. The room size was nice. It was clean. The air worked well. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay.

I have no complaints.

bed ,chair and couch all showing wear, not firm and the desk chair leaned to the left making it uncomfortably to set in. also the outside was showing signs of neglect.
