Courtyard by Marriott San Marcos

We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean and the lobby was beautiful. Everyone was very nice and friendly!

However our "Free Breakfast" was not free it was only a $20.00 credit. When purchasing our breakfast my daughter grabbed an orange juice and I realized it was expired. We handed it back to the cashier and she located one that was not expired but I am glad that I looked at it. Also we don't feel like our AC cooled our room fully our AC would click on for about 1 minute and then go out. We did have the temp set as low as 67 and just finally gave up on it. Thank goodness a cold front was blowing in.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean with good furnishings. It was also quiet. The staff was friendly, and worked very hard to please the guests. The lady at the front desk was a champ, working front desk and cafe at the same time..

The 2 showerheads we're awkward and came on at the same time, flooding the bathroom floor. The pool was small, a bit neglected. Water was warm and kinda gross, it needed better circulation. The TV in the front booth of the cafe wasn't working right, we couldn't change channels or turn up sound.

Staff was nice. Hotel and rooms were clean. Nice location. Close to everything. Beds are comfortable. Loved the shower.

The room wasn't cool enough. The AC sits under a shelf that blocks the air. Not enough light in the room.

Very comfortable bed. Loved how the bed was against the bathroom wall vs against the neighboring room's wall.

The parking situation was horrible. There is not enough parking - minimal parking in the front and the side, no parking in the back. We were force to park in the street.

I could not adjust the air conditioning (even though my key was inserted in the wall), I could not lower the temperature on the thermostat for the air conditioning. It read 74 but seemed much warmer.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom/shower were very nice as well.

I wasn't able to arrive at the hotel until about midnight and had to park behind the Residence Inn next door which didn't feel very safe.

Hotel was very clean. Location was superb especially being next to outlet malls. We would stay here again.

A little disappointed about the pool not being available. Water was green.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful!! Location was great! The hotel was very clean.

They only have a Bar / Snack location, but no breakfast or breakfast area.

I didn't want to move from 2nd floor to 4th floor that late so I asked if they had something on our floor and they didn't. They moved us quickly. Beds are always comfortable at the courtyard and i have stayed in a few.

When we first arrived close to 9 pm into our room I went straight to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat and it was filty splatters . That was really gross. I immediately called room service.

I like the comfortable atmosphere and the friendly staff.

The pool and outside furniture were not well maintained.
