I love the location! It is very close to a lot of places to eat and right up the street there is this cute little park where the kids can go play; it's this nature based park this location is great for families who are visiting the Dallas area. I would definitely recommend it. I really enjoyed that so many good restaurants were within walking distance so we didn't have to drive much.. I also enjoyed all of the art on display and the bright colors throughout the décor of this hotel. I will definitely be coming back!

There were only some small issues that I noticed during my stay.One issue was that my friend's key card stopped working and it took about an hour for them to be able to reset it. There was an issue with the lobby area being a little bit warm due to all of the natural lighting but I also feel like the AC wasn't running very high in that particular area but it still was incredibly enjoyable due to the pool table, the nice bar and all the multiple seating areas. There was also this area of a mold like ceiling stain in the business area area but other than that it was great. The pool area could definitely be larger.

I liked the layout of the lobby, where the bar is easy access and the lounge has enough seating. The hotel room is amply spaced and the bed was comfortable. The staff cleaned and made the room neat. Also, I like that the hotel is surrounded by wonderful new restaurants offering diverse cuisines within walking distance. Also, that the location was just ten minutes away from my family's house.

The AC was having a hard time keeping the coolness because of the high heat temperatures. But then again, it may be that we're from the midwest where it's normally cooler.

I’ve stayed at the aloft more than I can count on my two hands. I always have the best experiences there because the staff are attentive and friendly. Shoutout to Cameron since he’s always the guy I’m running into at the front desk. The guy is so welcoming and helpful! Other than that, the atmosphere is always a good vibe and the rooms are spotless. I really can’t complain!

The parking lot. Even though there are garages, it seems as though everyone is always fighting for a spot.

I loved how friendly the staff was. I recieved a awesome room with a great view. The room was super spacious and I loved the layout as well as the decor. I felt very safe, comfortable, and taken care of. The hotel is so creative and there is plenty to do as well as plenty of places to walk to that are right outside. I loved the location. It's right next to the train station. There is a pool table in the lobby. I was super impressed with everything here and cant wait to stay again!

I honestly dont think there was anything I didnt like. Maybe that breakfast wasn't free but that was still worth the amazing service and awesome room.

Loved the location with all the restaurants nearby and band playing the first night of our stay. Location was convenient to our son's house in Richardson. Parking was convenient as well. Will stay here again!

The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioner in our room ran continually. Wish they had central air versus individual air conditioning units in the rooms.

The room was HUGE!!! Beautifully updated, excellent view, staff was so kind, parking was private and felt safe, the area was lovely. There was a massive dog park right behind the hotel, several places to eat, right outside the front door, live entertainment outside. Great bar! I can’t believe I paid less than 100 dollars for this suit. I will def be back!

I just wish I could have stayed longer!

Wonderful and helpful staff. I liked picking up snacks and just charging to room. Although I left Sunday morning -- very impressed you all offered a church service. Very quiet inside and outside. Close to my family who lives there.

Loved the area it was in. Staff was great. This is the first hotel i’ve stayed in that was easy check-in and check-out. The area was quiet. When i needed more towels/blankets, all i had to do was pick them up from the front desk. 12/10 recommend this hotel stay for Dallas!

Loved the TV...perfect size rooms.....loved the Bliss shower gel....comfy beds....lots of fresh towels.....the front desk agent was super nice and very helpful!

I like more pillows.....the coffee station was not refilled even after I requested it..... the rooms floors were not mopped or vacuumed.

The location was very convenient and lots of restaurants were walkable and there was live entertainment which was a plus.

Swimming pool could be bigger
