Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano-East

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. Both times we had a VERY spacious room. The beds are perfect, each bed is given 4 pillows. The ceilings are high, the bathroom is large and the sink is separate from the tub area. The breakfast was nice for something quick when traveling and even opened up before the posted time. Both times I have told my daughter that I wish we were not in a hurry, I would love to just stay until checkout. It's really that nice!

My husband claimed he could hear the people next door to us. Possibly the high ceilings led to more echos.

The hotel was spotless. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. The fitness center was spacious and all of the machines worked. We did not use the pool, but it looked very inviting and several guests were using it.

My only complaint—and this is not a deal breaker or anything the hotel can improve—is that there is only one road in and out of the hotel. You have to go past the hotel on the highway about a mile and a half and then do a U-turn under the highway and drive about a half mile the other way to get to the driveway. It would be nice if you could access the hotel from a nearby side street.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing. They were completely booked, but they took care of us in a timely manner and didn't rush us. They even extended the breakfasts because they were so busy. I love that we could check out at noon, and with three kids in our group, we really needed that!

Very clean, comfortable, and large room. Breakfast was decent as well.

The only issue I had was with the young lady at the front desk who thinks it is cute to try to make guests feel dumb when they ask where the elevator is. She definitely needs some training on how to interact with guests. Guess what kid? I don't work there nor have I ever been there so I didn't know where the elevator is. I'm sorry you dislike your job so much, but that is not my fault.

Breakfast was great! We were in town for a basketball camp. We were only a few minutes away from location which was a plus. Also the hotel had a mini court with goal , which was nice bc we got to practice.

not really a dog fan, but the hotel is pet friendly. but in my room on my pull out bed the under sheet were dirty wasn't sure if it dirt or small dog poop but you could feel it which is what made my check then noticed urine stain on mattress..

location and staff. breakfast was better than other hotels I stayed in.

the cleanliness, there was hair in the shower room which I had to clean it by myself- TV didn’t work and they said will fix it and didn’t. sink was full of water but they fix it at the same day.

The front desk person when we checked in was amazing. He was quick to get us checked in and very helpful. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. The breakfast had a good variety of things to choose from.

The pool is a little small.

It was clean and roomy. It was close to where we had our conference. The staff was friendly.

I had to carry toilet paper and hand towels through the lobby. With a 4 day stay, I would have liked a bit of housekeeping.

I 💕 the whole stay, from the staff, they were all nice, to the room the bed was very comfortable and room very clean.

Location was ok because I didn't have a car, I was not in walking distance to any shopping area that would've been perfect. And they didn't have a hot tub.
