Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson

We stayed in this hotel for 2 times. While coming in hotel we were tired . We were trying to get coffee in Starbucks Counter. They don't have coffee with Whole Milk. you know with 2% reduced FAT milk will not give good taste. We felt more dissatisfied. We went to other hotel to get only good coffee and food. Next In Starbucks Counter I just bought 1 water bottle and they didn't approve Card payment. They asked me to go to Reception and get it paid . It took 30 minutes in the reception to pay and get ONLY ONE Water bottle. If you make all payment inside the hotel comes under room number ( I mean If we say Just room number to get service and get billed through payment via card on file or pay while checkout or add everything with hotel payment would be helpful to you people as well as me.

Room was Compact ,Clean and Perfect status. If you would have keep one water bottle in the room before checking would be helpful.

What breakfast. There was no breakfast to enjoy. Starbucks was inside, but we had to travel outside of the hotel for breakfast.

The website states "there's a restaraunt onsite. There is a restaraunt/bar, but was not in person due to staff shortage." That should've been stated on the website. But, rest assure we won't be using this hotel anymore. False advertisement is a negative in my book.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly. I probably will stay there our next visit.

The cost of the breakfast was too much. Also $4.00 each for a honey bun and Dr pepper, wow.

rooms were comfortable. loved the large bathroom with shower. called ahead of time to arrange two rooms next to each other as we were traveling with my dad. Andrew was so helpful - great customer service. all the employees we interacted with were exceptional.

The showers were fancier than the one I have at home and the size is spacious. Nice lobby.

The bed seemed bigger than a queen but smaller than a king (I did ask for a king bed with my reservation). Every time someone let their room door slam shut I could hear it.

I like the location, cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff.

Please provide free water for guest. I had to pay for water and it is not ok. That is at least the best you can do for your guest. That was my first time paying for water at a hotel. I have to reconsider if I will book courtyard hotel again.

The property was very convenient & freshly cleaned. The staff was friendly and informative from the evening workers to the late night worker. I would recommend this property to anyone. Great for families also.

It would be cool to be able to have your pet stay with you. They only allow service animals. But this isn’t a complaint-just a suggestion.

If you say that the eating area opens at 7 make sure it is READY TO GO at 7 and not someone showing up at 7 to open up. We had somewhere to be and that really slowed us down. We were counting on them being open at 7.

I'm a live in caregiver who has difficulty getting the quiet time that is needed/deserved to do my job so I decided to stay a couple nights at your hotel for R&R. I was not disappointed and I will definitely be staying frequently. It was quiet and every employee I came across was pleasant, accommodating and professional.
