My review is just basically it's more like an apartment and then a hotel it's good unless you know you are on the third floor and you have a lot of stuff to bring up stairs they've got one elevator it's not really the location you have to do a lot of walking in that place so after you get them to the third floor with all your stuff you pretty much worn out but that's okay because after you get up there we've got good TV good air conditioning bathroom everything's comfortable the bed's comfortable it's all good.

Breakfast was good but need to improve more variety such as fruit and different types of bread and location was excellent near to every place

Swimming pool was not clean and in breakfast black tea was not available

Stephanie and her staff were great from check in, to breakfast every morning, throughout our stay and check out. Thanks again for everything we will definitely be staying here for any future stays. We have stayed at this Hotel anytime we had a power outage or needed to have repairs done at our place and this time the Hospitality service was above and beyond. Every time we stay it's been great. Beds are comfortable, the fully equipped kitchen and pet friendly accommodations make this a perfect place for families. We loved the smart TVs in the living room and bedroom and the free Showtime that comes with your stay. These suites are so reasonably priced and better than staying at your typical hotel room.

We had an issue with the smell of weed coming into our unit through the bathroom vent. It happened every day for the entire 3 days we were there in the evenings. We were staying with small children age 3 and 4. On the 3rd day we let management aware of the situation. Stephanie (Manager) took action immediately, she was at our door within minutes and also gave us an update and resolution within 15 minutes. Thanks a million Stephanie!

The front staff was amazing like always. This is our go to Hotel for when we need to a place to stay if we are having issues or repairs at our home. Breakfast was easy and convenient to pick up. The food was great and they have returned to regular/hot to go breakfast as opposed to the cold grab and go breakfast that has been served since the Pandemic hit. The beds were comfortable and the fully equipped full size kitchen is a plus, especially when staying with our 2 small children, my wife and I. Another huge plus for our family is that we can bring our small dog along. The smart TV in the living room and bedroom our another favorite for us. We can't get enough of the free Showtime provided. Overall this is a great place to stay at a reasonable price if you are traveling or staying with family and a pet. Lastly even though this is our 4th time staying on the property we were able to use and enjoy the outdoor gas grill on site for the 1st time and that was a great option to make dinner and allow the kids to run outside for a bit. We will definitely continue to stay here if any future situation arises.

We didn't like the fact that for our entire 3 night stay every evening at the same time (6pm) we would smell a strong smell of weed coming from our bathroom. It was so strong it would fill our bedroom if the door wasn't closed. We traveled with small children so we definitely didn't like the fact that our children were exposed to that especially every time they went to use the restroom.

Clean rooms, kitchen with utensils....excellent, responsive, helpful front desk staff. This was my 2nd stay here and would come back again.....:)

To go breakfast.....things are opening up, they should start offering hot buffet breakfast now. Printer at the business center wasn't working...

Staff was excellent the entire week!!!! Anthony and Stephanie were outstanding and made my trip memorable! Suite was clean, beds were very comfortable for ES! Outside was always very clean and kept nice

Pool was not working,,, but that’s ok. I enjoyed the stay.

The suite was clean and felt safe on property. Has basketball court and lots of walking space for feash air. All staff was professional and helpful. Debbie, for breakfast was a sweetheart. Her food was very tasty! You're provided with a list to check off what you would like and she package it to go. Stephanie, front desk staff was pleasant in convo and professional.

the room was wonderful and very clean. like an apartment. there was tons to do as well. pool tennis and basketball courts. Cute little fireplace areas outside too!

Excellent customer service from Mr. Brad. Room was very spacious and had the luxury of having 2 TV was very convenient for us and our kids.

Just the pool being outdoors and not having a hot served breakfast.
