Days Inn by Wyndham Dallas Plano

Breakfast is good. Location is more than perfect near to everything. It is in the heart of Plano.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The suite was perfect for our needs and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable the staff is very honest if you forgot anything valuable anywhere, you can find it. My son left his Nintendo controller, after they cleaned the room we didn’t find, we went to the front desk they searched and found it in the housekeeping room. We felt like you were at home. The rooms and facility were very clean. Area is very safe. Really appreciated everything Manali to let me and my kids be more than happy to say we would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful, let me check in a little early as soon as the room was ready an hour sooner than check in time. Cleaners do a fantastic job cleaning room daily - daily towel change, coffee soap and other in room items are replaced. The room was sparkling clean when I used to come back. The front desk was very helpful, I was there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. For breakfast I used to eat toast, waffles, cereal and coffee- it was clean and ample .I didn't use the pool but saw it during my breakfast. Loved my stay and will definitely stay again

When we first arrived, we checked into our room and my husband had a little difficulty with the restroom location because he has mobility challenges. I ran downstairs to ask if we could have a handicapped room and they immediately helped and moved us. The handicapped shower was so easy for my husband!! THANK YOU.

The only thing I was very disappointed in was that the only vending machine that had beverages ate my money and I told them about this and they nothing to help me resolve this issue. They used the excuse that this was a "third party" issue. They promised to help me in the morning. Meantime, I had to vehicle, so we had nothing to drink. They did nothing for us the following morning which I was very disappointed in this customer service. They made no effort to contact me to make this right.

The new manager has awesome hospitality and is doing a great job upgrading in a timely fashion the only reason I say this is because I worked with; for- about thirteen years With Patimar(peter) Patel and Bharat Barry all over Texas they would buy the hotel abd first thing we would. Renovated while still generating business and still keeping all customer happy , but they say this is the newer generation and she is doing great!

One out of four beds hurt my back but how would she know if I don't give a heads up thanks for everything

This stay we stayed in room 204 and it just seemed cleaner and the wood flooring made a big difference due to my asthma all I know we slept like babies on this stay thank you for your service

I had reservations for a king suite with two adults and my grandson was staying with us so sofa bed was so greatfully appreciated just only thing wrong was there was an extra blanket but no bedsheets for the bed so we had to take off our top sheet and put it down on their either way had a great stay

I loved everything especially the large swimming pool. It was 100 plus everyday except 2 of the 17 days. Also, 3 stores are less than 1 mile away plus 4 restaurants including a Jack-in-the-Box (my favorite). Also, it was extremely quiet here. I plan on returning soon. By the way the air conditioning was excellent.

It was a nice Labor Day weekend stay. The pool was very nice because the temps were unseasonably hot 98 to 105 degrees. And they finished the complete renovation of the whole place on September 2. Finally, they added a new Waffle making device that is super easy to use. I love it.

Not a thing

Yes, it was a great stay. I think the best part was the super swimming pool that was only 100 feet from my very nice room. In, Texas it has been over 100 many days. Finally, the TV was I believe is a 50 inch. And over 145 choices on the cable system. Plus, I found the shower head very unique - it was very powerful.

Well they did everything right.

I didn't have breakfast but everything else was great! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. Rooms smelt like they had been freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great too. I will definitely be back!

It was a very nice stay again this time. The breakfast buffet has improved and I stayed in a recently renovated room - very nice upgrades. Finally, the TV system has over 150 channels.

Everything was good - nothing I did not like.
